It would be highly beneficial for Boulevard to implement a lead capture feature to collect contact information (email/phone number) from potential clients or patients. This could include interactions such as abandoned online bookings, signing up for a mailing list, or other touchpoints where people engage with the business but haven't yet become clients. Currently, Boulevard only adds individuals to the system if they are active patients. Adding a lead capture feature would help businesses grow their client base by keeping track of potential clients and engaging them effectively.
