  2. It would be helpful if there was a way to view after a client received their appointment reminder when they actually confirmed and how they confirmed their appointment. For example, if they received a SMS message, and confirmed through that SMS message including the date and time.

  3. Having an option for personalized color codes. ie instead of stylist group colors, appointment colors for return request, return non-request, pre-book, new request and new non-request etc...

  4. Would be extremely helpful if there was a way to offer clients to do a remote check-in and out as they enter and leave the salon. this shouldn't be the primary check-in/out for clients but it would help tremendously since it has been difficult to hire and retain receptionists.

  5. The ability to rearrange Product Categories in the Booking Widget the same way one can rearrange Services and Service Categories.

    Currently they are automatically sorted in alphabetical order, but more flexibility / autonomy regarding order would be a much more ideal customer and client experience.

    Use cases: Arrange packages and memberships from
    1. Most- to least-popular,
    2. Most- to least-expensive,
    3. Newest to oldest, and
    4. On-Sale / Promo items at the top.

  10. Give the business the ability for a client to pre-pay a membership, to pay one month in cash, make a payment for another member as a gift, apply gift cards to membership payments etc.

  11. When a person purchases a Gift Certificate for someone, having that gift card automatically attach to the client receiving the gift certificate's account as an option for them to use in check out. While I understand the benefit of just selling a card and then its up to the recipient to keep track of the card. The likeliness of them not using it is higher which generates profit but we are making an effort with software such as this to keep track of everything else about our clients, why not their gift certificates?

  12. We just had a price increase, and when I adjusted the prices in blvd it left every appointment on the books at the old price. That's 3+ months @ 20 stylists of future appointments we have to go in and manual fix. Would love for blvd to ask me if I wanted to change all the appointments on the books as well.

  13. It would be helpful to show how the appt was booked when viewing the client profile. Right now you can see if it was booked by client or staff when in the main calendar page, but not when in the client profile viewing upcoming appts.

  14. adding a feature on "Adjust Quantities" that allows you to move product from one location to the other, and have it update the inventory at the other location.

    Manage > Products > Adjust Quantities > Transfer to "enter location here"

    we have two locations, and my location is called "Northeast" if i want to do a transfer to our other location which is called "Uptown" this how it would look if the feature was added:

    Manage > Products > Adjust Quantities > "Transfer to Uptown"

    and this way the item that i had transferred to "Uptown" would be taken out…

  17. Currently we would not like to discount all staff, just some staff, and I cannot seem to find a way to do that. It would be ideal to add another rule so that we could market certain staff only.

  18. Currently, if you have an offer that is a dollar amount it takes that amount off of each individual item instead of just that particular amount. For example, we have a referral code where clients receive $10 off when they refer someone. When we enter this offer, it takes off $10 for every service and product on the ticket (which can add up to much more than what they offer should be) instead of only the set amount.

  19. When on the Boulevard Professional app, it would be helpful to be able to tap/interact directly on availabilities the calendar to schedule appointments, rather than select the plus sign to add a new appointment.
