  2. This feature would allow us to set a client accommodation that requires a deposit or payment in full upon booking from particular clients. This would help with clients that have a history of no-shows or chronic rescheduling.

  3. I think it's critical to have the option "get quote" instead of a price. Some of our services vary in price, so we would love the client to contact us so we could tell them more about the pricing situation. Now the only option is to put "$0" and then in the description ask them to contact. It just doesn't make sense not having the option.

  9. It would be helpful if there was a way to view after a client received their appointment reminder when they actually confirmed and how they confirmed their appointment. For example, if they received a SMS message, and confirmed through that SMS message including the date and time.

  10. Would be extremely helpful if there was a way to offer clients to do a remote check-in and out as they enter and leave the salon. this shouldn't be the primary check-in/out for clients but it would help tremendously since it has been difficult to hire and retain receptionists.

  15. It would be super helpful to have a section besides the notes where the service provider can write out the treatment plan for the client for that visit. This way you can refer to it at any time in the future, the person checking out the client can easily see it and it can also be referred to if the client calls in and inquires about it.

  17. We just had a price increase, and when I adjusted the prices in blvd it left every appointment on the books at the old price. That's 3+ months @ 20 stylists of future appointments we have to go in and manual fix. Would love for blvd to ask me if I wanted to change all the appointments on the books as well.

  18. adding a feature on "Adjust Quantities" that allows you to move product from one location to the other, and have it update the inventory at the other location.

    Manage > Products > Adjust Quantities > Transfer to "enter location here"

    we have two locations, and my location is called "Northeast" if i want to do a transfer to our other location which is called "Uptown" this how it would look if the feature was added:

    Manage > Products > Adjust Quantities > "Transfer to Uptown"

    and this way the item that i had transferred to "Uptown" would be taken out…

  20. I would like to see the ability to limit offers to smaller segments of the audience using more filters. It would also be great to have expiration dates for offers, that way we don't have to remember to delete them when they are done.
