  2. Delete client profile after a client has passed away. That way there is no chance of accidently using this profile in the future if someone has a similar name.

  4. The business is wanting the ability to have more then one register. They are a single location but they have multiple "register setups" within the business.

  5. Right now there is no limit to how many transactions can be performed using an offer code. Some businesses only want the client to be able to purchase a discounted gift card once but there is no limit currently to how many they can purchase.

  7. There needs to be the ability to see Product Sales with unit cost on same report. This would reflect the bottom line in order to calculate our net revenue. Currently you have Gross product sales and Net product sales. But net is only net of any discounts, not net of the cost of the product. So really you need an option for columns with gross product sales, discounts applied, cost of products sold and finally, net product revenue. This is the information as a business owner i need to see to compare profit margins etc.

  9. I would like to be able to utilize the marketing feature to send clients birthday emails and discounts but I can't do this because birthdays aren't collected when a client creates their profile. I would like this to at least be an option for them when online booking.

  12. Having an option for personalized color codes. ie instead of stylist group colors, appointment colors for return request, return non-request, pre-book, new request and new non-request etc...

  13. At our location we have 1 main computer that is used throughout the day by all employees. It would be helpful to be able see who is logged in so that there is no need to log out and lock back in just to make sure that you are actually logged in.

  17. I have one staff member who needs his booking intervals online to be every 30 minutes only, not less or more. It would be useful to have booking intervals be a choice for each service instead of 15 minutes or 30 minutes for all services.

  18. adding a feature on "Adjust Quantities" that allows you to move product from one location to the other, and have it update the inventory at the other location.

    Manage > Products > Adjust Quantities > Transfer to "enter location here"

    we have two locations, and my location is called "Northeast" if i want to do a transfer to our other location which is called "Uptown" this how it would look if the feature was added:

    Manage > Products > Adjust Quantities > "Transfer to Uptown"

    and this way the item that i had transferred to "Uptown" would be taken out…
