  1. I would like to see the ability to limit offers to smaller segments of the audience using more filters. It would also be great to have expiration dates for offers, that way we don't have to remember to delete them when they are done.

  2. When i make changes to the schedule on Blvd i would like the option to publish the changes and alert the employee of her new schedule change.

    Ideally the alert will tell:

    Location
    Week Dates
    Hours for the week

    Should be a simple addition but SUPER beneficial for us.

  3. With the reception app, we were able to have the client select gratuity and then check them out via the dashboard. With the Duo, we now have to verbally ask for gratuity on all non-card payment methods. Would love to have the ability to send gratuity options to the duo app even for payments that don't require a card.

  5. The app should have a feature that allows employee to see their schedule for that week and following weeks (ex. Monday 10am-5pm, Thursday 10am-2pm). As of right now I am having to send my employees screenshots of the schedule on the dashboard. Which is not very accurate in the case of availability changes. The only way for them to see when they work is to rely on the "grey areas" of availability under their name which is very difficult and leaves too much room for error.

  6. All other salon software I've worked with had a Sales Tax Report. It seems like this should be an easy report and I've been messing around in Beta but cant separate the taxable vs non taxable.

  7. Ability to add/adjust gender on a client profile for marketing purposes (ability to filter under the Clients tab)

    Glosslab runs campaigns specific to the client's gender and would be useful to have to target the correct clients.

  8. Ability to not have ratings sent on clients that are charged no show/cancellation fees. Currently, a rating will send and the client will usually leave a bad review because they are being charged for a service they did not receive.

    Workarounds:

    1. Making a Product called Cancellation Fee (will mess up their reporting)
    2. Not sending a receipt at the time of charge (higher possible chargebacks from client)
    3. Turning off the ratings feature before charging a no show fee then turning it back on once processed and emailed. (a lot of extra work where admin is needed. FD will not have access…

  12. I think you need to create a formula section. Yes we can add them in notes, but a more efficient way would to have the right section for the right information. Formula's are one of the most important part of our jobs. There should be a time/date stamp and the ability to edit. It would also be nice if it would show up when you you click on clients name from calendar. This way stylist would know if they had a previous formula. The more info we can have the better.

  13. Sometimes I will do a helpchat on one computer and then I don't know that someone is trying to checkout someone on the other computer. They keep getting interrupted by the helpchat popup.

    How about just a minimized slider on the right side that shows an animated exclamation point or something like that. So you know there is a new message but it isn't constantly popping up and blocking everything.

If you need to edit a service while pre-booking with a client, pulling up the new appt tab automatically refreshes your page to the current date rather than staying on the date/time that you're trying to book on. This means you have to start over locating the correct date and time every time you need to adjust a service. This can be confusing during busy times when you are balancing phone calls and checking clients in and out. It would be really helpful if blvd would stay on the same date the whole pre-book process to avoid doing steps multiple…

  15. I am unable to tell whether or not a new message has come in unless I physically go into Messages. Having notifications for old messages isn't helpful to me, and just having the purple pop up when I receive messages would be really great, especially on busy days.
