Feedback on Voucher Update
Hello Blvd, Not pleased with the Voucher update. The receipt is very confusing to read for our clients. I need to explain how to read the receipt. Which was a surprise to read at first for me too, until Blvd chat helped me understand the breakdown.
It does not help with our accounting, the Reports on the daily summaries includes the voucher amount taken in for the day. So we need to manually subtract the voucher amount from our total received because we already have collected that amount when the client/s had purchased their series or membership before they came…

Service providers should get notifications to changes on all appointments.
Staff does not get notified if an appointment is modified or moved from another provider. This causes issues for the staff unless they habitually check their schedules and creates more work for the front desk team because they now have to reach out to make sure the provider sees the update/change.

cancel appointment from reminder text
Please allow clients to cancel from their reminder!!! This isn't new technology, our old lame software offered this option. It's so much easier and faster than the current options for canceling

Add purchase limits to offer codes
Right now there is no limit to how many transactions can be performed using an offer code. Some businesses only want the client to be able to purchase a discounted gift card once but there is no limit currently to how many they can purchase.

Require a deposit or paying for service upfront from select clients i.e ones that have a history of no-shows are constant rescheduling.
This feature would allow us to set a client accommodation that requires a deposit or payment in full upon booking from particular clients. This would help with clients that have a history of no-shows or chronic rescheduling.

Tighten up the Hipaa compliance
When a patient books a service they get an email with all of their appointment details listed like their name, date/time of their appointment and what treatment they are getting. Med Spa practices have to practice hipaa and this is a huge violation.

Negative Account Credit Balances
The ability to add a negative account credit balance to a client's profile. Sometimes card payments don't go through and/or they do not have an alternative payment method so it's necessary to track what a client owes.

FORM upgrades
I think it would be EXTREMELY to have these options to form:
Manually link the forms so that we can send in marketing/client reach out campaigns
The option for forms to be required for booking
An alert or list of clients who have filled out forms (so we can input any information into the file)
A birthday option that automatically updates their birthday on their file (year not necessary)

Please open any forms or charts in a new window
Any client forms or charts that are opened should open in a separate window so that receptionists can easily refer to the form & input the data into the client's file and so that service providers can easily and efficiently chart client's appointments. Ever since this feature was updated on Boulevard (where we now have forms open on the same page), productivity and efficiency in form-related tasks has plummeted.

client marketing list functionality
Your lists for internal marketing are not sufficient to run basic marketing. I cannot exclude people, or combine lists. Or monitor the frequency of contact.
Please add : exclude clients already booked.
Please add: Do not email if has been emailed in 15, 30, 60 days

Add customized note/ popup on Booking Widget
The business would like the ability to put a note or an alert that can be customized on the booking widget. It could be located in the top right or left hand corner of the widget.

It would be fantastic to have Boulevard messages through browser and OS notifications so that things weren’t missed.

Remote check in/out
Would be extremely helpful if there was a way to offer clients to do a remote check-in and out as they enter and leave the salon. this shouldn't be the primary check-in/out for clients but it would help tremendously since it has been difficult to hire and retain receptionists.

Rearrange Product Category Order in Booking Widget like Services & Service Categories
The ability to rearrange Product Categories in the Booking Widget the same way one can rearrange Services and Service Categories.
Currently they are automatically sorted in alphabetical order, but more flexibility / autonomy regarding order would be a much more ideal customer and client experience.
Use cases: Arrange packages and memberships from
1. Most- to least-popular,
2. Most- to least-expensive,
3. Newest to oldest, and

Create a monthly view for staff calendars
Have a monthly calendar view so we can see what all staff members are working throughout the month, but from a big picture overview.
We have stylists that work every other Saturday, one Saturday a month, every other friday, etc. Would be much easier to keep track from a monthly view!12 votes
