  1. When we submit a drawer count and add notes to it, the notes do not appear. Where can we find these notes? Would be so helpful

  2. Currently we would not like to discount all staff, just some staff, and I cannot seem to find a way to do that. It would be ideal to add another rule so that we could market certain staff only.

  3. In the case of a salon with only booth renters, this would force the customer to pick their stylist - "first available" might get tricky with 1099 contractors because the business could be viewed as technically assigning specific hours to the contractor

  4. Currently when switching between locations, if you're on a future date on the calendar and then switch to the other location, it jumps back to today's date. This is a hindrance when trying to book an appointment and you're trying to check the same date at both locations. It adds time and is annoying for the client if you have to ask them for the date a second time.

  5. you need to alphabetize the "select category" dropdown list when adding new products. I'm tired of hunting for the correct category. because Blvd. doesn't do sub-categories like other systems i now have close to 100 categories to choose from when i add a product and IT'S NOT IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER!!!

  7. When redeeming a voucher, it ZERO outs the service. This means that the Service Provider is unable to be shown how much commission they earn for the Service they have just completed that has been paid for with a "product" voucher. This also impacts tipping

  12. The ability to have the card swiped first, then the client signs and adds gratuity if desired. Currently, we have to sign and add gratuity first before swiping. Client does not like the order and says everywhere else in the world is currently doing the opposite order for charge outs.

  14. We do not use the cards that clients put on file unless there is an emergency situation, forgotten card or no shows. It is an extra step to have to use the drop down menu to change the form of how we are taking payment as well as cards on file being accidentally charged instead of using the Duo. I would love to see the feature of having the option/customization of which shows up at check out screen as the first initial option.

  15. It would be so helpful to have a column on the cancellation list that shows if they currently have another appointment so that we don't have to go searching their profiles. It would reduce the wasted time of searching through this. Thanks!

  18. I would like to propose an enhancement to the way account credits or vouchers are currently tracked within the system. At present, when we apply a credit or voucher to a client's account, it is recorded as a sale or deposit, regardless of whether actual money has been received from the client.

    For instance, in our referral program, when a client refers a friend, the friend receives $10 off their service, and the referring client receives a $10 credit to use towards their next appointment. However, this credit is currently recorded in the system as though it were a physical…

  20. Hello Blvd, Not pleased with the Voucher update. The receipt is very confusing to read for our clients. I need to explain how to read the receipt. Which was a surprise to read at first for me too, until Blvd chat helped me understand the breakdown.

    It does not help with our accounting, the Reports on the daily summaries includes the voucher amount taken in for the day. So we need to manually subtract the voucher amount from our total received because we already have collected that amount when the client/s had purchased their series or membership before they came…
