  2. where you can put add on products WITH a service so you can still track the inventory but help everyone remember to offer to patients. also lets patients see more of what you have if you are looking to book online

    right now you can do it by making it an add on SERVICE but then you dont track inventory!

  3. When purchasing a gift card, allow for it to be assigned to a particular service, and individual. Also show the gift card balance somewhere in the client profile

  4. Boulevard doesn't send an updated text to the service providers when an appointment has been reschedule to another date/time. Only the original appointment booking and cancellation. Please create a text feature for this.

  5. Staff does not get notified if an appointment is modified or moved from another provider. This causes issues for the staff unless they habitually check their schedules and creates more work for the front desk team because they now have to reach out to make sure the provider sees the update/change.

    1. Please allow us to categorize forms/charts.

    2. Charts are the entire contents of a patient record. What you are calling a "Chart" should more correctly be called a "Note" or "Chart Note" or "Chart Document".

    3. Text fields should allow either HTML like what we can enter in fields that allow markdown, or at least allow macros where we can use short keystrokes that replace text in the note field. At least allow today's date to be coded in a text field like {{currentdate}}. When patients sign the document, does it come with a date/time stamp? Why not show that on the…

  6. Please include Service Provider Titles to Booking Confirmations. General feedback from clients was to include titles as the Last Name. The Service Providers have different levels of experience, so this allows the client to choose appropriately when scheduling their service.

  8. By creating a self checkout process for clients, it could eliminate the need for a front desk staff. We could equip our salon with iPads that have the self checkout available to them at any point in their service for a seamless and less awkward checkout process

  9. I think it's critical to have the option "get quote" instead of a price. Some of our services vary in price, so we would love the client to contact us so we could tell them more about the pricing situation. Now the only option is to put "$0" and then in the description ask them to contact. It just doesn't make sense not having the option.

  15. It would be super helpful to have a section besides the notes where the service provider can write out the treatment plan for the client for that visit. This way you can refer to it at any time in the future, the person checking out the client can easily see it and it can also be referred to if the client calls in and inquires about it.

  16. We just had a price increase, and when I adjusted the prices in blvd it left every appointment on the books at the old price. That's 3+ months @ 20 stylists of future appointments we have to go in and manual fix. Would love for blvd to ask me if I wanted to change all the appointments on the books as well.

  18. Calendar Icons: for arrived, new client, etc. are all white icons and small. When appointments overlap and the first appointment is checked out, the icons are hidden on the next appointment (top right corner of appointment block).

    There is also no icon for "Active" appointment state.
