  1. For appointments that are shorter in duration if most appointments are 1h+ I would love if there was a way for online booking offering less amounts of times for the shorter appointments and coupling them with existing appointments. For example if a stylist has a haircut appointment at 12:30, only offering for that day 12:15 or, 1:30 so the appointments are stacked instead of separated out.

  2. Currently we would not like to discount all staff, just some staff, and I cannot seem to find a way to do that. It would be ideal to add another rule so that we could market certain staff only.

  3. We store formula histories in the client notes and some of our stylists like them printed. There is no good option to print the notes, so we have to copy and paste into word to be able to format them. A printable report of this would be awesome.

  4. On our previous system, when a client was checked in, on the calendar dashboard we were able to see clients highlighted or turned to red if no showed. Creating a quick at a glance for a manager to see how many clients were in the building or stylists were waiting for a client to arrive.

  9. We need a report of each service provider's full list of services, timing and pricing. This is a basic report in every other software system I have ever used. This allows service providers and management to see only the services they perform, timing and pricing in a report. This allows us to easily print out and give to staff and use for reviews, and to write down any desired changes, before putting in the system.

  10. when you enter a new product, you need to scroll down to find the category, the categories should be in abc order. We waste time looking for the category we want.

  12. We've had people book an appointment, but still be on the waitlist for a day further out. It would be nice to see in their profile the days they're on the waitlist for, so we're able to remove from all days once we're able to get them in. This has caused us to double contact a few people who'd been in, but still been on the waitlist. Just not sure the best way to track this.

  13. When product is returned it should be removed from client purchase history or at least indicated that the item was returned so staff doesn't promote a product that the client didn't like

  14. It would be great to appointment types. New Non-Requests (NN), Repeat Requests (RR) and New Requests (NR). It helps greatly to know these stats for employee growth. What percent of their clients are repeat clients, what percent were their clients recommending them (NR) and how many were New Non Request, clients the salon gave to the stylist or colorist (NN). Way more important than Tags to us.

  17. The ability to have the card swiped first, then the client signs and adds gratuity if desired. Currently, we have to sign and add gratuity first before swiping. Client does not like the order and says everywhere else in the world is currently doing the opposite order for charge outs.

  19. Used to be able to open closed orders and change if a service provider was requested or not. Would like that function back

    Example: Provider added services to an appointment and he was marked as requested for those services when he shouldn't have been. Wasn't corrected at checkout and now there's no way to go back and edit the requests which is throws reporting
