  1. The business would like to be able to choose to hide gratuity from orders from one provider to another. They would like the gratuity to only show if it was left to the user viewing the order.

  3. Would love to still be able to see prior employees previous schedules on the calendar even after they're removed from the system/disabled access. There might be a way to see it in a report, but it's helpful to see on the calendar day to day to help establish forecasting the business patterns. This would also help in rescheduling any future clients that are on their books without having to run a report & then go into the client profile to reschedule.

  4. It would be helpful if there was a way to view after a client received their appointment reminder when they actually confirmed and how they confirmed their appointment. For example, if they received a SMS message, and confirmed through that SMS message including the date and time.

  6. we should be able to grant access to reports by employee, not location. making it so I can grant access for each employee to view their own numbers w out seeing everyone else's.

  11. a service provider would get paid a flat fee per treatment and that fee can be different for each treatment. It would not be a commission (% of service). This was brought up with a consulting firm that works with Spas only

  12. My salon 99% uses the professional app and we do not rely on a the dashboard to operate. When viewing a client's history notes, this isn't possible and we do need to use the dashboard. Client history on app please!

  13. The mobile online booking through the website functionality using the widget does not work properly when using your mobile phone. Mobile phone usage has become mainstream, even more so than computers, when booking appointments or ordering food or booking an Uber ride. Mobile optimization should be one of the priorities so that customers can easily book appointments whether on their phones or laptop/desktop computers. Currently, one way this works is by enabling "open in new window". My website is run on SquareSpace and so if I'm simply running the widget, I cannot get on the booking site using the widget.…

  14. We just had a price increase, and when I adjusted the prices in blvd it left every appointment on the books at the old price. That's 3+ months @ 20 stylists of future appointments we have to go in and manual fix. Would love for blvd to ask me if I wanted to change all the appointments on the books as well.

  16. We moved from Square to BLVD, and one feature that I miss is that as a salon owner, I would receive text and/or email notifications each time my staff had a new appointment scheduled or cancelled.

    It would come through as:

    "Owner's Copy: Makenzie has a new appointement with Andrea Johnson for a Lash Extension Full Set"

    It was nice because I could gauge what the new appointment flow was... without having to manually log in and view the new alerts.

  19. I would like to see the ability to limit offers to smaller segments of the audience using more filters. It would also be great to have expiration dates for offers, that way we don't have to remember to delete them when they are done.

For appointments that are shorter in duration if most appointments are 1h+ I would love if there was a way for online booking offering less amounts of times for the shorter appointments and coupling them with existing appointments. For example if a stylist has a haircut appointment at 12:30, only offering for that day 12:15 or, 1:30 so the appointments are stacked instead of separated out.
