  2. We do not use the cards that clients put on file unless there is an emergency situation, forgotten card or no shows. It is an extra step to have to use the drop down menu to change the form of how we are taking payment as well as cards on file being accidentally charged instead of using the Duo. I would love to see the feature of having the option/customization of which shows up at check out screen as the first initial option.

  3. It would be so helpful to have a column on the cancellation list that shows if they currently have another appointment so that we don't have to go searching their profiles. It would reduce the wasted time of searching through this. Thanks!

  4. presently you have to edit the appointment at checkout to add a service (like add on curls for example) it takes time. Upon checkout you should be able to add anything to the bill.

  5. Appointments should show that it has been rescheduled x1, x2 etc. because it shows if it has been cancelled but not if its rescheduled

  8. We are creating holiday gift boxes and packages which contain several products from our retail lines. It would be incredibly helpful to be able to create these boxes/packages in a way that would edit the inventory of multiple retail products when we sell the boxes/packages. Please create this.

  10. There are many clients who forget they purchase vouchers or have otherwise unused account credit that leads to high liabilities within reporting. It would be great to be able to target those customers through an automated campaign that automatically reminds customers to come in before their liabilities expire.

  14. Would love to still be able to see prior employees previous schedules on the calendar even after they're removed from the system/disabled access. There might be a way to see it in a report, but it's helpful to see on the calendar day to day to help establish forecasting the business patterns. This would also help in rescheduling any future clients that are on their books without having to run a report & then go into the client profile to reschedule.

  17. We do not want guests to be able to cancel their appointment via the confirmation email. If clients wish to cancel, they will need to call. This allows us the chance to get them rescheduled rather than just canceling their appointment. We won't be able to use the email feature at all until this is resolved or it's going to impact us in a very negative way.   18. At our location we have 1 main computer that is used throughout the day by all employees. It would be helpful to be able see who is logged in so that there is no need to log out and lock back in just to make sure that you are actually logged in.

  19. There has to be a way to lower credit card fees. That was my only hang up with starting Boulevard. I was switching from Glossgenius that had a full percent lower fee. Shopify is also at 2.6% rate. Given that you have so many accounts, I feel that there should be a way to negotiate.

The ability to specify / differentiate each Account Credit purchase and what it's applicable towards (without clicking into history, similar to how vouchers are displayed in the Payment Methods Tab). When granting Account Credit, one should be able to choose what it's applicable towards, whether services or retail, or even a specific service or product (like Offers). Account Balance in the form of a deposit should specify that it's a deposit and have an assigned service to use it towards.
