  2. The business would like to be able to view a list of clients who have or have not completed any client forms.

    Right now you can only view on an individual basis through the client profile.

  3. It would be helpful if there was a way to view after a client received their appointment reminder when they actually confirmed and how they confirmed their appointment. For example, if they received a SMS message, and confirmed through that SMS message including the date and time.

  4. The business said that it is TOP priority that this report have the option to filter by date. They are needing to report on what inventory was month to month. At this time there is no date filter.

The ability to specify / differentiate each Account Credit purchase and what it's applicable towards (without clicking into history, similar to how vouchers are displayed in the Payment Methods Tab). When granting Account Credit, one should be able to choose what it's applicable towards, whether services or retail, or even a specific service or product (like Offers). Account Balance in the form of a deposit should specify that it's a deposit and have an assigned service to use it towards.

  14. We have to double check every checkout to ensure they dont have accound credits from booking online. The deposit paid should AUTOMATICALLY go toward the appointment booked. When appointments are cancelled, we should have the option to refund or not refund the appointment payment/deposit.

  16. My salon 99% uses the professional app and we do not rely on a the dashboard to operate. When viewing a client's history notes, this isn't possible and we do need to use the dashboard. Client history on app please!

  17. The mobile online booking through the website functionality using the widget does not work properly when using your mobile phone. Mobile phone usage has become mainstream, even more so than computers, when booking appointments or ordering food or booking an Uber ride. Mobile optimization should be one of the priorities so that customers can easily book appointments whether on their phones or laptop/desktop computers. Currently, one way this works is by enabling "open in new window". My website is run on SquareSpace and so if I'm simply running the widget, I cannot get on the booking site using the widget.…

  18. We just had a price increase, and when I adjusted the prices in blvd it left every appointment on the books at the old price. That's 3+ months @ 20 stylists of future appointments we have to go in and manual fix. Would love for blvd to ask me if I wanted to change all the appointments on the books as well.

  19. Calendar Icons: for arrived, new client, etc. are all white icons and small. When appointments overlap and the first appointment is checked out, the icons are hidden on the next appointment (top right corner of appointment block).

    There is also no icon for "Active" appointment state.

  20. It would be great to have the company notified via email when someone purchases a "product" online - In our case we sell memberships and have to physically go run a report to see our membership sales.
