  1. As we have Unconfirmed > Confirmed > Arrived > Completed in the Front Desk view.

    It would be great to actually track exact time the client arrived. Was active and checked out with the exact time log. Boulevard already Logs this information, we just need a report of it.

    Example client Anna had a 1pm appointment but came at 1:10pm

    Stylist John took Anna at 1:15pm to his chair but spend 3.5 hours on her instead of the 3 hours allocated.

    Anna Checked out at 3:45PM, instead of ~3pm.

  2. ...instead of only after the original time of the cancelled appointment has past. Currently, cancelled appointments don't show up in client history until they are "history" this can create booking confusion when a client is referencing a cancelled appointment and we can't find it without searching the cancellations report. The cancellation list is very hard to search through since you can't filter or just search a client without loading page after page.

    We have a call center team and this has created a lot of confusion for them

  3. "Duo is currently not connected, please try to reconnect or click here to troubleshoot". This would give staff a heads up to get this reestablished prior to a sale rather than during.

  5. Providing a QR or barcode for online gift cards would make them much easier to redeem from a phone with our current barcode scanners. It also looks more professional and up to date than typing in a number from the email.

  10. Staff does not get notified if an appointment is modified or moved from another provider. This causes issues for the staff unless they habitually check their schedules and creates more work for the front desk team because they now have to reach out to make sure the provider sees the update/change.

  12. By creating a self checkout process for clients, it could eliminate the need for a front desk staff. We could equip our salon with iPads that have the self checkout available to them at any point in their service for a seamless and less awkward checkout process

  13. I think it's critical to have the option "get quote" instead of a price. Some of our services vary in price, so we would love the client to contact us so we could tell them more about the pricing situation. Now the only option is to put "$0" and then in the description ask them to contact. It just doesn't make sense not having the option.

  15. Ability to customize the length of time a client has not been back in for them to receive their Reminder to Book or Fill Slow Days email campaign to go beyond 'haven't visited in last 30 days' and/or 'don't have an appointment in the next 7 days'.

  16. When a patient books a service they get an email with all of their appointment details listed like their name, date/time of their appointment and what treatment they are getting. Med Spa practices have to practice hipaa and this is a huge violation.

  17. There are many clients who forget they purchase vouchers or have otherwise unused account credit that leads to high liabilities within reporting. It would be great to be able to target those customers through an automated campaign that automatically reminds customers to come in before their liabilities expire.

  19. The business would like to be able to choose to hide gratuity from orders from one provider to another. They would like the gratuity to only show if it was left to the user viewing the order.
