  2. Providing a QR or barcode for online gift cards would make them much easier to redeem from a phone with our current barcode scanners. It also looks more professional and up to date than typing in a number from the email.

  3. It would be great to have fields in staff profiles to enter their birthdays, emergency contacts, address, start date/termination date, and social security number. this way I do not have to have their physical employee file with me or go to the physical file cabinet for this information.

    I do not really need emergency contact information for guests, but I definitely for staff. Thank you.

  7. Staff does not get notified if an appointment is modified or moved from another provider. This causes issues for the staff unless they habitually check their schedules and creates more work for the front desk team because they now have to reach out to make sure the provider sees the update/change.

  10. I think it's critical to have the option "get quote" instead of a price. Some of our services vary in price, so we would love the client to contact us so we could tell them more about the pricing situation. Now the only option is to put "$0" and then in the description ask them to contact. It just doesn't make sense not having the option.

  11. Idea: With the new checkout flow, the total is doesn't always show on the iPad when clients are using different forms of payment (card + account credit, or card + gift cards). Show all line items and total

    Feedback: Are there any plans to update it again to show the actual charge? This is becoming a consistent issue with our clients unfortunately. We have been accused of over charging serval guests because the Boulevard Duo is not reflecting the actual charge

  12. There are many clients who forget they purchase vouchers or have otherwise unused account credit that leads to high liabilities within reporting. It would be great to be able to target those customers through an automated campaign that automatically reminds customers to come in before their liabilities expire.

  13. The ability to add a negative account credit balance to a client's profile. Sometimes card payments don't go through and/or they do not have an alternative payment method so it's necessary to track what a client owes.

    Right now you can only view on an individual basis through the client profile.

  15. It feels cheap and the marketing is not robust enough to merit nickel and dimeing us. If the eblast capability were better, but the current email ability is limited. Yes, I'm salty. Consider an integration with a better marketing crm site like mail chimp, constant contact.

  16. At our location we have 1 main computer that is used throughout the day by all employees. It would be helpful to be able see who is logged in so that there is no need to log out and lock back in just to make sure that you are actually logged in.

The ability to specify / differentiate each Account Credit purchase and what it's applicable towards (without clicking into history, similar to how vouchers are displayed in the Payment Methods Tab). When granting Account Credit, one should be able to choose what it's applicable towards, whether services or retail, or even a specific service or product (like Offers). Account Balance in the form of a deposit should specify that it's a deposit and have an assigned service to use it towards.
