  1. I would like to propose an enhancement to the way account credits or vouchers are currently tracked within the system. At present, when we apply a credit or voucher to a client's account, it is recorded as a sale or deposit, regardless of whether actual money has been received from the client.

    For instance, in our referral program, when a client refers a friend, the friend receives $10 off their service, and the referring client receives a $10 credit to use towards their next appointment. However, this credit is currently recorded in the system as though it were a physical…

  2. "Precision Scheduling" - Where to begin?! Right... well it was really smart to trademark since others will surely want this level of deep learning /s.

    When we were notified in April of this new "feature" I read through the online support document, it surely read as though these changes were optional or opt-in. Some examples from the support document; "When Precision Scheduling is enabled", "Precision Scheduling is available for all Boulevard customers". Based on my interpretation of the support document, no intervention should be required on our part? My point is, it's enabled and there is no accessible "switch" to…

    We're in conversations with Shawn about his issue here. Kudos to him for catching what might be a bug that we plan to fix. We've also been able to adjust Precision Scheduling's settings to better suit their preferences. Please reach out to support if you'd like to adjust how Precision Scheduling works for your business. Between the bug fix and settings adjustment, we're confident we'll end up somewhere that works well for them!

  4. Currently when you create an offer it only allows to apply the discount to the item (per item). With this clients are able to use that discount on multiple items that are eligible. Can you all create a "per transaction" option for discounts, so that the client can only receive the discount towards the total transaction. For example, I currently have a $25 discount code. If a client books a massage and facial online they will save $25 on each item saving $50 total. With a "per transaction" option, they would only be able to save $25 total.

  7. It is very annoying to receive hundreds of notifications when clients book or cancel appointments. This should be a toggle option to turn off notifications for the business level, not just individual providers!

  8. Many services have treatment rules that require the client to wait 4 weeks between appointments, but clients can currently book their appointments whenever. By being able to create rules around how close/far apart specific services can be booked, this will minimize the time needed to review and make sure those rules are being followed, since this impacts the treatment experience.

  9. There has to be a way to lower credit card fees. That was my only hang up with starting Boulevard. I was switching from Glossgenius that had a full percent lower fee. Shopify is also at 2.6% rate. Given that you have so many accounts, I feel that there should be a way to negotiate.

  13. If there's a way for staff to decide if its a request or not that would be great when booking internally. It automatically makes it request and you have to unselect the heart. We would rather have to select the heart option.

  14. We moved from Square to BLVD, and one feature that I miss is that as a salon owner, I would receive text and/or email notifications each time my staff had a new appointment scheduled or cancelled.

    It would come through as:

    "Owner's Copy: Makenzie has a new appointement with Andrea Johnson for a Lash Extension Full Set"

    It was nice because I could gauge what the new appointment flow was... without having to manually log in and view the new alerts.

  15. We really need to be able to toggle taxes on or off for services and/or products. Diplomats, non-profit organizations and others are tax exempt. We have several thousand dollars in sales each year that are non-taxable, and Boulevard has NO solution for this, so we lose money every time: we need this yesterday! We, of course, also need reports to show the non-taxable sales for reporting in accounting and payment of sales taxes to the state authorities.

  16. Is there any way to make the Calendar view have a feature where the color for each nail technician, has different levels of shading based on if the guest is late/been checked in/ and checked out.

    I am aware it shades itself when a guest is checked out. But looking at the calendar view is the simplest way for me to know what is going on with each nail tech and to get an overall view of where I need to help, what to set up for them, etc.

    Is there also a way to see appointment logs such as…

  18. I had a client "Jane Doe" book an appointment online for her and her niece. The nieces booking was under "guest of Jane Doe" and I couldn't find a way to modify the nieces account to add her name. I had to create a new booking and modify that and then merge the two accounts.
