  4. We would like to cover the service commission difference when a discount is applied. If a 25% discount is applied, our stylist does not make the full amount for commission and it requires some manual work on our end to calculate outside of BLVD.

  6. I had a client "Jane Doe" book an appointment online for her and her niece. The nieces booking was under "guest of Jane Doe" and I couldn't find a way to modify the nieces account to add her name. I had to create a new booking and modify that and then merge the two accounts.

  7. Ability to add intake forms that apply to all services to walk-in appointment check-in. Currently, intake forms can only be added after the appointment is on the calendar and we would like to be able to have clients fill this out while they wait for an opening.

  8. If clients have multiple services and decides to cancel one(same day cancellation), there should be an option that allows us to cancel only that service so that it would be shown in their history.

  9. I would like to be able to give gift card discounts on a set amount. Right now i have a $50 off when purchasing a $150 gift card but in reality people can purchase a $50 gift card and be able to apply the discount.

  12. There are many clients who forget they purchase vouchers or have otherwise unused account credit that leads to high liabilities within reporting. It would be great to be able to target those customers through an automated campaign that automatically reminds customers to come in before their liabilities expire.

  13. Currently, there is only the option to have "First Available" or "Specific Date" as selected. A lot of times our clients have to come in after a certain time but book out just in case to a later date (hence, the waitlist). Having the option to select a "Date Range" where we put in a "start" or "from this date" to a "to this date" (be able to select on a calendar as if making an appointment) drop down or whatnot would be super helpful for efficiency.   20. Have a monthly calendar view so we can see what all staff members are working throughout the month, but from a big picture overview.
    We have stylists that work every other Saturday, one Saturday a month, every other friday, etc. Would be much easier to keep track from a monthly view!
