    How important is this to you?
  2. Specials, promotions, voucher services sometimes do not need pricing to be showed externally since they make no sense to the clients anyway. Should be a way to make it so that these services can only be paid for using vouchers and not case equivalents or other payment methods.

  3. It would be great to have the company notified via email when someone purchases a "product" online - In our case we sell memberships and have to physically go run a report to see our membership sales.

  4. It would be helpful to have tasks that can be assigned to a certain person or a certain date through boulevard. An example would be a client's membership is set to unfreeze on 5/31, so you set a reminder for 5/30 for the front desk to call the client and remind them that their freeze will be lifting

  9. We have LED as an add-on to our facial services and it would be very beneficial to have that linked to where it blocks the resource column so that we do not overbook that resource.

  10. The reports (BETA) need to update in real time. For example. I need to pull a sales report for today and it shows NO data, and says it was last updated at 10:15pm the previous day (over 12 hours ago!).

  11. There's a Product Sales report in the Sales category, but no Service Sales - would like to have a direct showing of service, quantity, cost, total revenue over the selected date range. ALSO would love if this report would have % to show, over the selected timeframe, what percentage each service made of the total services performed

  14. We would like to cover the service commission difference when a discount is applied. If a 25% discount is applied, our stylist does not make the full amount for commission and it requires some manual work on our end to calculate outside of BLVD.

  17. I had a client "Jane Doe" book an appointment online for her and her niece. The nieces booking was under "guest of Jane Doe" and I couldn't find a way to modify the nieces account to add her name. I had to create a new booking and modify that and then merge the two accounts.

  19. Our medical director only has to sign off on 10% of our charts, but there is no way to only show 10% to sign off on. Would love to see this added as a feature for easier and faster medical director sign off.
