  6. I have chair-renters, and receiving numerous people's deposits to my bank account gets very messy, especially when the deposits that hit my account aren't labeled. I would appreciate if each stylist could have their own deposits hit their personal Merchant account, that way I don't have to Paypal each stylist their deposits for the week.

  7. Requesting to have an additional option on the main page of the booking widget after "individual appointment". The business finds that clients have difficulty finding their packages and memberships under the individual appt drop down. Wondering if there can be a 4th placement specifically for memberships/packages in addition to the individual appt, group appt and gift card option.

  9. We moved from Square to BLVD, and one feature that I miss is that as a salon owner, I would receive text and/or email notifications each time my staff had a new appointment scheduled or cancelled.

    It would come through as:

    "Owner's Copy: Makenzie has a new appointement with Andrea Johnson for a Lash Extension Full Set"

    It was nice because I could gauge what the new appointment flow was... without having to manually log in and view the new alerts.

  10. As of now, we have to use a separate software to track employee time off request, time off, sick time, vacation, PTO etc. An integration of time tracking would be super advantageous for salons.

  11. Want to only see staff, not resources so we have to manually toggle them all off on the calendar filter, but then when making adjustments or moving things around the page resets and all resources are listed again.

  16. Reports that show how many upgrades/per-booked services the front desk staff booked. As well as a report to show all appointments broken down by appointment type that they booked.

  17. I had a client "Jane Doe" book an appointment online for her and her niece. The nieces booking was under "guest of Jane Doe" and I couldn't find a way to modify the nieces account to add her name. I had to create a new booking and modify that and then merge the two accounts.
