  1. We'd like to be able to upgrade/downgrade a membership (we have two tiers) without having to cancel/sell each product separately. This causes our overall member counts to be off and leaves room for error when done manually.

  5. Staff are not due diligent enough to check for the add on service on the main appt and could cause unhappy clients. Making it more visible will allow staff to not have to make extra clicks into the appt to find more information about it.

  6. It doesn't make sense that we can't see a booking alert unless we click into the client profile. The purpose of an ALERT is to well, ALERT the desk but we shouldn't need to go into every profile everyday to make sure we are not missing one.

  7. The reports (BETA) need to update in real time. For example. I need to pull a sales report for today and it shows NO data, and says it was last updated at 10:15pm the previous day (over 12 hours ago!).

  9. There's a Product Sales report in the Sales category, but no Service Sales - would like to have a direct showing of service, quantity, cost, total revenue over the selected date range. ALSO would love if this report would have % to show, over the selected timeframe, what percentage each service made of the total services performed

  14. Providing a QR or barcode for online gift cards would make them much easier to redeem from a phone with our current barcode scanners. It also looks more professional and up to date than typing in a number from the email.

  15. It would be great to have fields in staff profiles to enter their birthdays, emergency contacts, address, start date/termination date, and social security number. this way I do not have to have their physical employee file with me or go to the physical file cabinet for this information.

    I do not really need emergency contact information for guests, but I definitely for staff. Thank you.

  17. In its current state, it appears that the medical director must individually click on each date to determine if there are charts requiring review or sign-off. This workflow presents a challenge. Platforms like Aesthetic Record streamline this process by enabling providers to directly send completed charts to the medical director for review, simplifying their responsibilities. Requiring the medical director to manually review each day’s records adds unnecessary complexity, particularly given the demanding schedules of both the providers and the medical director.

    To address this inefficiency, could a new feature or link be implemented that allows providers to send the providers…

  20. Idea: With the new checkout flow, the total is doesn't always show on the iPad when clients are using different forms of payment (card + account credit, or card + gift cards). Show all line items and total

    Feedback: Are there any plans to update it again to show the actual charge? This is becoming a consistent issue with our clients unfortunately. We have been accused of over charging serval guests because the Boulevard Duo is not reflecting the actual charge
