  2. We have to double check every checkout to ensure they dont have accound credits from booking online. The deposit paid should AUTOMATICALLY go toward the appointment booked. When appointments are cancelled, we should have the option to refund or not refund the appointment payment/deposit.

  6. Staff are not due diligent enough to check for the add on service on the main appt and could cause unhappy clients. Making it more visible will allow staff to not have to make extra clicks into the appt to find more information about it.

  7. The reports (BETA) need to update in real time. For example. I need to pull a sales report for today and it shows NO data, and says it was last updated at 10:15pm the previous day (over 12 hours ago!).

  8. There's a Product Sales report in the Sales category, but no Service Sales - would like to have a direct showing of service, quantity, cost, total revenue over the selected date range. ALSO would love if this report would have % to show, over the selected timeframe, what percentage each service made of the total services performed

  12. More options for editing blocks on calendars/schedules.

    • Need the ability to update the times for ALL recurring blocks and appointments in a series as opposed to having to delete and rebook all of them.
    • Add a "daily" reoccurrence option for blocks
    • Add an option to handle recurring appts or blocks that are, for example, "every 3rd Friday of the month"

  14. We would like to cover the service commission difference when a discount is applied. If a 25% discount is applied, our stylist does not make the full amount for commission and it requires some manual work on our end to calculate outside of BLVD.

  16. It would be great to have fields in staff profiles to enter their birthdays, emergency contacts, address, start date/termination date, and social security number. this way I do not have to have their physical employee file with me or go to the physical file cabinet for this information.

    I do not really need emergency contact information for guests, but I definitely for staff. Thank you.

  18. The link requires the person to have a Google account. Also it does not take them to the correct place. This should be a link that goes directly to the review page. Please add this option!!! The only current option is to go to the place id for Google. Instead, this link should connect directly to the review page. This would also allow people without a Google email and account to go directly to the page. The way it is now it asks the person to sign into their Google account.

  19. Add a place to include the expiration dates of products so they notify you when expiring. This would save time every month when doing manual inventory

  20. It would be helpful if we could access messages on the app so we can communicate with customers without having to login to the website. This way patients can contact us swiftly and we can enhance patient care.
