    Hey folks! This idea has a lot of different requests in the comments, but some of your needs were addressed by today's release: schedule view.


    As of today, you can now view any day's schedule from either the Front Desk or Calendar views in Dashboard. The schedule allows you to filter the day by the forms' statuses to keep track of which appointment still have incomplete forms. Learn more here and enjoy!

  5. Have client notes show up with the newest notes first not the oldest notes so that we don't have to scroll through years of notes to find the most up to date

  7. I have one staff member who needs his booking intervals online to be every 30 minutes only, not less or more. It would be useful to have booking intervals be a choice for each service instead of 15 minutes or 30 minutes for all services.

  8. We have different treatment durations which makes it difficult to keep efficiency in the schedule. Would like a way to block off hours for certain treatments i. e. always 9AM - 10AM for Treatment A, then 10:15AM - 11:45AM for Treatment B if we could attach the treatments to resources and then block times on the resource calendar that would help resolve the need

  9. When the customer come in and if their information is incorrect such as name or email or phone numbers. we can have customer review that on the duo app to to confirm, correct of update the information

  10. We would like to be able to separate services from one order ticket. We often have large groups come in that are booked under one name, but are paid for separately. Ex: Large wedding parties or business groups. Recreating each individual's specific service is time consuming and it would be more efficient to just drag them off to another order.

  11. Currently, if you have an offer that is a dollar amount it takes that amount off of each individual item instead of just that particular amount. For example, we have a referral code where clients receive $10 off when they refer someone. When we enter this offer, it takes off $10 for every service and product on the ticket (which can add up to much more than what they offer should be) instead of only the set amount.

  12. Being able to block or restrict clients from booking appts/services within a certain time frame from another, restricting minors from booking, restricting booking a service that requires an initial appt

  13. There's a Product Sales report in the Sales category, but no Service Sales - would like to have a direct showing of service, quantity, cost, total revenue over the selected date range. ALSO would love if this report would have % to show, over the selected timeframe, what percentage each service made of the total services performed

  14. When on the Boulevard Professional app, it would be helpful to be able to tap/interact directly on availabilities the calendar to schedule appointments, rather than select the plus sign to add a new appointment.

  15. More options for editing blocks on calendars/schedules.

    • Need the ability to update the times for ALL recurring blocks and appointments in a series as opposed to having to delete and rebook all of them.
    • Add a "daily" reoccurrence option for blocks
    • Add an option to handle recurring appts or blocks that are, for example, "every 3rd Friday of the month"

  17. We would like to cover the service commission difference when a discount is applied. If a 25% discount is applied, our stylist does not make the full amount for commission and it requires some manual work on our end to calculate outside of BLVD.

  20. ...instead of only after the original time of the cancelled appointment has past. Currently, cancelled appointments don't show up in client history until they are "history" this can create booking confusion when a client is referencing a cancelled appointment and we can't find it without searching the cancellations report. The cancellation list is very hard to search through since you can't filter or just search a client without loading page after page.

    We have a call center team and this has created a lot of confusion for them
