  1. it is very confusing that the app background for availability is white and the closed hours are grey and the desktop version is completely opposite. Please adjust it to reflect exactly how it appears on the dashboard.

  3. Currently, if a customer had an appointment and wants to pay by buying a package, they need to first buy the package and then the voucher has to be applied to the service (appointment). One can also add the package to the appointment at checkout but then the voucher cannot be used for that appointment.

    It would be useful to be able to have customer pay for their package at appointment checkout, and one voucher is automatically used for the service provided.

  4. any vouchers with an expiration date should automatically be deleted or reset to 0. Instead we have to delete vouchers one by one which is very time consuming, especially if there's multiple types or a high number of vouchers.

  6. Would love to be able to see any ratings that a client has previously left in their profile somewhere. When doing follow ups, I like to see if they already submitted feedback and it would be helpful to just look at their profile without having to separately check the ratings under the Manage section

  7. The business said that it is TOP priority that this report have the option to filter by date. They are needing to report on what inventory was month to month. At this time there is no date filter.

  16. We have different treatment durations which makes it difficult to keep efficiency in the schedule. Would like a way to block off hours for certain treatments i. e. always 9AM - 10AM for Treatment A, then 10:15AM - 11:45AM for Treatment B if we could attach the treatments to resources and then block times on the resource calendar that would help resolve the need

  17. On our own website's menu, we give full on descriptions with images of the service with "book now" buttons. We would like to have custom online booking links per service so that if someone is looking at a particular service on our own website, they can click "book now" and it takes them to Boulevard's online booking screen with the service pre-selected where they can choose their stylist and continue through the online booking process.

  19. The reports (BETA) need to update in real time. For example. I need to pull a sales report for today and it shows NO data, and says it was last updated at 10:15pm the previous day (over 12 hours ago!).

  20. It feels nothing reads each other. You void a purchase order but for the inventory count to reflect you still have to go in and do an inventory adjustment? Doesn't make sense. Extremely frustrating and so easy for counts to be off. Do not feel confident with my inventory numbers. Professional and Retail items.
