  1. any vouchers with an expiration date should automatically be deleted or reset to 0. Instead we have to delete vouchers one by one which is very time consuming, especially if there's multiple types or a high number of vouchers.

  3. Ability to customize the length of time a client has not been back in for them to receive their Reminder to Book or Fill Slow Days email campaign to go beyond 'haven't visited in last 30 days' and/or 'don't have an appointment in the next 7 days'.

  4. When a patient books a service they get an email with all of their appointment details listed like their name, date/time of their appointment and what treatment they are getting. Med Spa practices have to practice hipaa and this is a huge violation.

  5. It is very annoying to receive hundreds of notifications when clients book or cancel appointments. This should be a toggle option to turn off notifications for the business level, not just individual providers!

  6. Many services have treatment rules that require the client to wait 4 weeks between appointments, but clients can currently book their appointments whenever. By being able to create rules around how close/far apart specific services can be booked, this will minimize the time needed to review and make sure those rules are being followed, since this impacts the treatment experience.

  11. Requesting to have an additional option on the main page of the booking widget after "individual appointment". The business finds that clients have difficulty finding their packages and memberships under the individual appt drop down. Wondering if there can be a 4th placement specifically for memberships/packages in addition to the individual appt, group appt and gift card option.

  12. If there's a way for staff to decide if its a request or not that would be great when booking internally. It automatically makes it request and you have to unselect the heart. We would rather have to select the heart option.

  13. Is there any way to make the Calendar view have a feature where the color for each nail technician, has different levels of shading based on if the guest is late/been checked in/ and checked out.

    I am aware it shades itself when a guest is checked out. But looking at the calendar view is the simplest way for me to know what is going on with each nail tech and to get an overall view of where I need to help, what to set up for them, etc.

    Is there also a way to see appointment logs such as…

  14. We have different treatment durations which makes it difficult to keep efficiency in the schedule. Would like a way to block off hours for certain treatments i. e. always 9AM - 10AM for Treatment A, then 10:15AM - 11:45AM for Treatment B if we could attach the treatments to resources and then block times on the resource calendar that would help resolve the need

  16. Want to only see staff, not resources so we have to manually toggle them all off on the calendar filter, but then when making adjustments or moving things around the page resets and all resources are listed again.

  17. We would like to cover the service commission difference when a discount is applied. If a 25% discount is applied, our stylist does not make the full amount for commission and it requires some manual work on our end to calculate outside of BLVD.

  18. My staff and appointment scheduler are all virtual. They work mainly off their iPads and iPhones. They need to be able to schedule an appointment AND (at the very minimum) ADD a card on file for new clients.

  20. I need for appointment modification tracking and auditing capabilities.

    I find it dissapointing that there isnt tracking done on an appointment from start to finish. I need to be able to check for mistakes , See when a change was made , See who made the change. This will make it easy incase someone accidently messes up a book and may need tracking to back track.

    I am shocked this is not a thing. How do you excpect managers to manage appointments without a feature like this?
