I've been open for 10 days and have had more than a dozen people come in frustrated on the page that says "add more" It is not even close to intuitive that you need to click on the service to remove it. There has to be a button added! Please!!!

Transition time should NOT be client facing
While the new ability for clients to reschedule their appointments from their confirmation emails is great, transition time SHOULD NOT be user facing. Clients should not have the ability to see how long it takes the service provider between appointments to clean up/turn over/take a break. For example: Our services are 1 hour MAX, our transition time is 20 min. On the client end, they see their service will take "1.33 hours" instead of "approximately 1 hour". This should be changed ASAP to avoid future confusion.

Not allowing a service to me put on someones books if they do not offer it.
We have certain estheticians who do not perform certain services, but even if they are non assignable in the system reception is still able to book the service in. I know a message pops up that says "This person does not usually perform this service:" , but if you miss that they are still able to book it. The older system we used did not even allow us to move it over and only allowed estheticians who performed the service take the service. Online Booking Options for Memberships/Packages
Requesting to have an additional option on the main page of the booking widget after "individual appointment". The business finds that clients have difficulty finding their packages and memberships under the individual appt drop down. Wondering if there can be a 4th placement specifically for memberships/packages in addition to the individual appt, group appt and gift card option.

Ability to decide if/when clients get confirmation email
Can we decide when we want the client to get text or email confirmations? Sometimes we don't want a new client to get the confirmation before because sometimes we fudge the books a little for a comp service we do at the bowl before the service.

Editing blocked time
More options for editing blocks on calendars/schedules.
- Need the ability to update the times for ALL recurring blocks and appointments in a series as opposed to having to delete and rebook all of them.
- Add a "daily" reoccurrence option for blocks
- Add an option to handle recurring appts or blocks that are, for example, "every 3rd Friday of the month"

My staff and appointment scheduler are all virtual. They work mainly off their iPads and iPhones. They need to be able to schedule an appointment AND (at the very minimum) ADD a card on file for new clients.

adjusting product units
We should be able to manually adjust banked product units on accounts. Employees make mistakes and currently the only way to go back and fix the account is to refund the invoice and re do the whole thing potentially days later when you catch the mistake. If we could just manually adjust the units , this solves the problem of employees adjusting price instead of using the banked units
