Rescheduling appointments using the "View Times" method
Incorporate the "View Times" scheduling optimization feature into the rescheduling workflow for the ability to see Best Times v. All Times.

It's very hard to train employees with "View Times" when scheduling to begin with since it's not an option when rescheduling.

When booking an appointment by clicking on the calendar it should at a minimum give you some form of warning that resources are overbooked. Ideally it should look for an available resource to book first, then give the warning if none are available.
The search logic works well for resources, it is just non-functional when clicking on the calendar to book!

When rescheduling clients, it has us click times on the calendar instead of letting us choose best times or all times. When we click times on the calendar it over books our rooms + machines. We need a way to be able to reschedule appointments without worrying about overbooking our resources.

It would be great to see the search box again when trying to reschedule instead of having to flip through each day and hoping you offer the right amount of time. Having the best time available option, just eliminates human error when rescheduling.
