  4. It would be helpful to have tasks that can be assigned to a certain person or a certain date through boulevard. An example would be a client's membership is set to unfreeze on 5/31, so you set a reminder for 5/30 for the front desk to call the client and remind them that their freeze will be lifting

  5. Want to only see staff, not resources so we have to manually toggle them all off on the calendar filter, but then when making adjustments or moving things around the page resets and all resources are listed again.

  6. It would be great if we could choose more than one provider to block time for (ex: staff meetings) etc as opposed to blocking time on each provider individually.

  7. On the clients profile there should be a way to initiate a balance due. Maybe balance due can be inserted as a negative number under "account credit".

    Or maybe there can be an option to add no show fee upon checkout.

    Right now there is absolutely no option for additional fees that aren't taxed or counted as an inventory item.

  10. Unread messages stay at the top of the message list. When marketing texts go out, we lose all our current conversations in the message list. With thousands of marketing texts going out, we have to scroll back all the way to find the unread messages from current conversations.

  11. We need to be able to see the movement history of appointments. Original booking date & who booked it as well as any dates it was rescheduled/moved and who moved or rescheduled the appointment.

  12. Inventory audits are TIME CONSUMING! Currently physical counts are then manually compared to Boulevard counts, which adds up to hours of time investment each month. Would love the option to upload a form that includes our physical counts, which would then auto-flag items with discrepancies. This would save a tremendous amount of work. (This functionality exists in other software brands, so would also help to keep Boulevard in par with its competitors) :)

  13. Please make it so that add-on services can be added at check-out (just like we add-on retail products) instead of having to go back and edit the original appointment. It messes up the calendar and adds so much extra work for the person checking out the client.

  15. any vouchers with an expiration date should automatically be deleted or reset to 0. Instead we have to delete vouchers one by one which is very time consuming, especially if there's multiple types or a high number of vouchers.
