  3. it is very confusing that the app background for availability is white and the closed hours are grey and the desktop version is completely opposite. Please adjust it to reflect exactly how it appears on the dashboard.

  6. I've been open for 10 days and have had more than a dozen people come in frustrated on the page that says "add more" It is not even close to intuitive that you need to click on the service to remove it. There has to be a button added! Please!!!

  11. While the new ability for clients to reschedule their appointments from their confirmation emails is great, transition time SHOULD NOT be user facing. Clients should not have the ability to see how long it takes the service provider between appointments to clean up/turn over/take a break. For example: Our services are 1 hour MAX, our transition time is 20 min. On the client end, they see their service will take "1.33 hours" instead of "approximately 1 hour". This should be changed ASAP to avoid future confusion.

  12. ability to add multiple internal appointment notes along with who added the note and when. would help keep track of internal notes between multiple front desk members. similar to how rescheduled appointments show who and when it was moved.

  14. We have certain estheticians who do not perform certain services, but even if they are non assignable in the system reception is still able to book the service in. I know a message pops up that says "This person does not usually perform this service:" , but if you miss that they are still able to book it. The older system we used did not even allow us to move it over and only allowed estheticians who performed the service take the service.   16. It would be helpful to have tasks that can be assigned to a certain person or a certain date through boulevard. An example would be a client's membership is set to unfreeze on 5/31, so you set a reminder for 5/30 for the front desk to call the client and remind them that their freeze will be lifting

  18. Can we decide when we want the client to get text or email confirmations? Sometimes we don't want a new client to get the confirmation before because sometimes we fudge the books a little for a comp service we do at the bowl before the service.

  19. Our office sends out personal birthday cards, it would be helpful if there was a report option so this can be done ahead of time instead of having reception do it daily as they look through the days appointments.
