  1. Requesting to have an additional option on the main page of the booking widget after "individual appointment". The business finds that clients have difficulty finding their packages and memberships under the individual appt drop down. Wondering if there can be a 4th placement specifically for memberships/packages in addition to the individual appt, group appt and gift card option.

  3. Is there any way to make the Calendar view have a feature where the color for each nail technician, has different levels of shading based on if the guest is late/been checked in/ and checked out.

    I am aware it shades itself when a guest is checked out. But looking at the calendar view is the simplest way for me to know what is going on with each nail tech and to get an overall view of where I need to help, what to set up for them, etc.

    Is there also a way to see appointment logs such as…

  4. Our office sends out personal birthday cards, it would be helpful if there was a report option so this can be done ahead of time instead of having reception do it daily as they look through the days appointments.

  5. Want to only see staff, not resources so we have to manually toggle them all off on the calendar filter, but then when making adjustments or moving things around the page resets and all resources are listed again.

  7. If a client has a voucher in their account that would cover a service on their ticket when checking out it would be helpful if it could give a prompt or message that it existed.

    Example - A client has a voucher for a 60 minute massage in their account. Staff tries to pay for the session with a credit card. Boulevard would say, "It looks like <client's name> has a voucher for that service. Would you like to use it instead?"

  8. A combination of our inventory adjustments and inventory on hand report. When doing inventory, the ability to add in what is counted, before making the adjustment. Being able to see what was counted vs. what should be in the inventory. A step before making the actual adjustments within Blvd.

  11. If clients have multiple services and decides to cancel one(same day cancellation), there should be an option that allows us to cancel only that service so that it would be shown in their history.

  12. Appointments should show that it has been rescheduled x1, x2 etc. because it shows if it has been cancelled but not if its rescheduled

  13. The photo comparison is really basic. We can’t use it like it is. We need to be able to zoom in on each photo and the it should be full screen, not the little box it is now. Also the ability to compare multiple photos at once like baseline, 1 month, 2 month, 3 month We still have to revert back to TouchMD for photos since it’s a lot better for photos.

  14. I came from Vagaro and they had easy to read visual data charts. I am a visual person and numbers/text are hard to read. Having easy to read Data such as graphs, pie charts is ideal for business to see the numbers easier for visual people.

  15. Currently, if a customer had an appointment and wants to pay by buying a package, they need to first buy the package and then the voucher has to be applied to the service (appointment). One can also add the package to the appointment at checkout but then the voucher cannot be used for that appointment.

    It would be useful to be able to have customer pay for their package at appointment checkout, and one voucher is automatically used for the service provided.
