HydrationRoom is requesting the option for saved replies or templates in the “Messages” Tab.
For example; a saved reply for when someone still hasn’t confirmed, our receptionist could click next to the “GIF” button and select “Not Confirmed” and it would auto populate a message “Hi – We still do not have a confirmation for your appointment today. Allow Deposits for Appointments to go directly into Stylist Merchant Account instead of Business Account
I have chair-renters, and receiving numerous people's deposits to my bank account gets very messy, especially when the deposits that hit my account aren't labeled. I would appreciate if each stylist could have their own deposits hit their personal Merchant account, that way I don't have to Paypal each stylist their deposits for the week.

I have spoken to a few prospects that say they pay when credit is due or they get a commission once their hours are hit. For example, someone will either get paid their hourly rate or their commission rate (whichever is higher that week).

Month view of employee schedule
Need the ability to view employee schedule for entire month and add schedule for each employee. The current weekly view is a pain. Should be able to see an entire month so you know which days need filled for scheduling.

Show add ons and modifiers on calendar tiles
Staff are not due diligent enough to check for the add on service on the main appt and could cause unhappy clients. Making it more visible will allow staff to not have to make extra clicks into the appt to find more information about it.

Reports Update in REAL time
The reports (BETA) need to update in real time. For example. I need to pull a sales report for today and it shows NO data, and says it was last updated at 10:15pm the previous day (over 12 hours ago!).

Revamp everything about inventory!!!
It feels nothing reads each other. You void a purchase order but for the inventory count to reflect you still have to go in and do an inventory adjustment? Doesn't make sense. Extremely frustrating and so easy for counts to be off. Do not feel confident with my inventory numbers. Professional and Retail items.
