  2. Where new clients come from is critical information to understand. Currently, referral source isn't a mandatory field to complete a profile and I think it should be! Our team constantly forgets or skips asking this and it's lead to tons of profiles without a referral source. If it's not mandatory then it should be a warning when creating a profile.

    In an ideal world this would be a backend setting "make referral source mandatory"

  7. Such as appt time, duration; at current adding services right at checkout leads to larger tabulations on utilization and sometimes even dislodges match maker since added services are covering what was bookable space.

  8. Gift cards should include the option to attach the purchaser's name and recipient's name to the card. Some clients will buy multiple gift cards and the system doesn't allow for the client to include each person's name they're giving it to. We offer the option for reissuing lost gift cards, but it can be hard to track in system because when it's not in their name or the purchaser bought multiple cards for the same amount or on the same date. There should also be the option to include an expiration date.

  9. We should be able to add accommodations without needing an appointment to edit. If a stylist wants to add extra time to clients appointments, they don't always remember before the ticket is closed. If the client doesn't pre book, they have to keep an eye on their books to see when/if that client books again to add the accommodation.

  12. Add a birthday icon in Boulevard's Front Desk and calendar views to remind staff to wish the client "Happy Birthday" when they present for service(s) on their special day.

  13. We would like to be able to view all of the automated emails that go out for booking confirmation, cancellations, receipts, etc and be able to customize those to our brand and business. Currently there is no way in boulevard to even see what is in the content of those emails.

  15. The photo comparison is really basic. We can’t use it like it is. We need to be able to zoom in on each photo and the it should be full screen, not the little box it is now. Also the ability to compare multiple photos at once like baseline, 1 month, 2 month, 3 month We still have to revert back to TouchMD for photos since it’s a lot better for photos.

  16. Please make it so that add-on services can be added at check-out (just like we add-on retail products) instead of having to go back and edit the original appointment. It messes up the calendar and adds so much extra work for the person checking out the client.
