  3. If clients have multiple services and decides to cancel one(same day cancellation), there should be an option that allows us to cancel only that service so that it would be shown in their history.

  4. In a client's account there will be a red banner asking you to fix a highlighted section with an error. The highlight is a dark, red line and can be easily missed if you're in a hurry. Perhaps the whole input field could change color to make it stand out?

  5. All of the SMS additions that are finally coming out have been very much anticipated and I’m happy to see them, however with every one of these “new features” comes a hefty price tag to use them.
    If we want to use the text receipts and now the new text for review feature we’ll officially be spending more on texts than we are on BLVD itself. It’s costing us $200 a month just to have confirmations and reminders sent out. For the price point of BLVD to only receive 250 "Free" texts is a bit restrictive in 2024. Every other…

  9. When reading the BLVD Messages in the Message tab, the blue unread alert disappears. Can there be a way to select an option mark a message as unread after its been read, to serve as an alert that the message needs attention.

  12. Where new clients come from is critical information to understand. Currently, referral source isn't a mandatory field to complete a profile and I think it should be! Our team constantly forgets or skips asking this and it's lead to tons of profiles without a referral source. If it's not mandatory then it should be a warning when creating a profile.

    In an ideal world this would be a backend setting "make referral source mandatory"

  15. I'd like to charge a $50 deposit on all filler appointments. However, I do not link a fee to the appointment, but rather the product. With the current % state, I am unable to charge a deposit (because even 100% of $0 is still $0)
