  3. If there's a way for staff to decide if its a request or not that would be great when booking internally. It automatically makes it request and you have to unselect the heart. We would rather have to select the heart option.

  5. Can we decide when we want the client to get text or email confirmations? Sometimes we don't want a new client to get the confirmation before because sometimes we fudge the books a little for a comp service we do at the bowl before the service.

  10. If setting a recurring appointment, Boulevard should flag if one of those upcoming times is unavailable.
    Example: We set a recurring appointment for 12 visits at 1PM on Thursdays. If there are 2 Thursdays that are unavailable at that time, the business should be notified and unable to book those times.
    This would increase the efficiency when booking recurring appointments and prevent double booking from occurring. Our business heavily relies on batch booking sessions and consistently have 5-6 clients coming in/out at a time. If a team member has to book week by week for each client, it takes up…

  11. Adding a "Text-to-Pay" feature. This would enable staff to send clients a secure payment link via SMS at the end of their service. Clients could then complete their payment directly from their mobile devices, reducing in-person wait times and improving the overall experience. (Mangomint has this)

  14. The photo comparison is really basic. We can’t use it like it is. We need to be able to zoom in on each photo and the it should be full screen, not the little box it is now. Also the ability to compare multiple photos at once like baseline, 1 month, 2 month, 3 month We still have to revert back to TouchMD for photos since it’s a lot better for photos.

  15. Please make it so that add-on services can be added at check-out (just like we add-on retail products) instead of having to go back and edit the original appointment. It messes up the calendar and adds so much extra work for the person checking out the client.

  16. We use products for Botox and Filler. WE NEED TO BE able to create injectable (product) packages. We pre-sell Botox packages and are only able to do account credits. This doesnt make sense. NEED THIS ASAP.

  19. Currently when you create an offer it only allows to apply the discount to the item (per item). With this clients are able to use that discount on multiple items that are eligible. Can you all create a "per transaction" option for discounts, so that the client can only receive the discount towards the total transaction. For example, I currently have a $25 discount code. If a client books a massage and facial online they will save $25 on each item saving $50 total. With a "per transaction" option, they would only be able to save $25 total.

  20. having an invoice option for missed/late appointments if their card on file doesn't work or if they don't have one on file ensures that the business is still paid and clients are held accountable. i liked this feature on past booking systems and think its a good feature.
