  1. There doesn't seem to be a authorization for CC when we put them on file, we can store an invalid/expired/duplicate cards on file. So we would like a feature that lets us know that the card we are taking over the phone is valid for cancellation fee's etc.

  2. We would like to see more descriptive text confirmations for clients with multiple appointments in one day. At this time, clients receive separate text confirmations for each appointment and it does not say the type of service and/or service provider name in the text confirmation.

    One particular client was booked for a Manicure at 10am and Pedicure at 10:45am, immediately following. The client received two separate text confirmations and on different days. The client showed up at 10:45am, thinking that her appointment was rescheduled to a later time.

  3. Blvd say it runs $1 through on credit cards to validate but if they are not valid we do not get notice. We have had several clients no show and go to charge them a cancellation fee and there card is invalid or no funds.

  5. Our office provides a lot of services, and we get a lot of calls for pricing. It's difficult to retrieve pricing from the master list of services because there is no search function.

  7. Make the App more user friendly and add more functionality

    There is very limited things you can do on the app. We should be able to send messages to the client in the app from the boulevard number, View common owner functions, view reports (cash, sales, choose timeframe), checkout clients with tap or card swipe connector, add items and services, view transactions.

  8. When a gift card is greater than or equal to the cost of their service it bypasses the tip option when you checkout the ticket. There should be the ability to ask them if they want to add a gratuity on their credit card or even the remaining balance of the gift card. There is already an option to manually add the tip, but asking the client what they want to leave is generally poor customer service.

  10. We love that there is a gallery in the client profile, but have years of photos on another program. The company is able to make an export but BLVD is currently not set up for bulk photo transfers. I can understand the concern, however doing this manually will take months and creates more room for mistakes to be made.

  11. When patients cancel online them, ask them to select a reason for cancelation and prompt to reschedule. It would be nice if we could change the options for cancelations. Thank you!

  13. I have spoken to a few prospects that say they pay when credit is due or they get a commission once their hours are hit. For example, someone will either get paid their hourly rate or their commission rate (whichever is higher that week).

  18. When trying to tag profiles that still need a card on file, it's a bit tedious to go through each client profile individually. It would be very helpful to be able to create a report that pulls the clients that do/don't have a card on file.

  19. I need for appointment modification tracking and auditing capabilities.

    I find it dissapointing that there isnt tracking done on an appointment from start to finish. I need to be able to check for mistakes , See when a change was made , See who made the change. This will make it easy incase someone accidently messes up a book and may need tracking to back track.

    I am shocked this is not a thing. How do you excpect managers to manage appointments without a feature like this?

  20. My salon uses time blocks to let certain employees know about tasks that need to be done at that time / for that day. We want to be able to add notes to the time block, instead of it just being one long title that runs off the edge of the note.

    Ideally we can open a time block and see a longer note inside of it, just like notes on a client's appointment.
