  4. We need tickets for each client on each provider. Currently, one has to click to edit the appointment for each individual client, then select to print that Appointment Ticket in that window. This takes like an hour to print this way. We need a way to print Appointment Tickets for an entire day for all clients.

  5. If there's a way for staff to decide if its a request or not that would be great when booking internally. It automatically makes it request and you have to unselect the heart. We would rather have to select the heart option.

  7. Can we decide when we want the client to get text or email confirmations? Sometimes we don't want a new client to get the confirmation before because sometimes we fudge the books a little for a comp service we do at the bowl before the service.

  12. The link requires the person to have a Google account. Also it does not take them to the correct place. This should be a link that goes directly to the review page. Please add this option!!! The only current option is to go to the place id for Google. Instead, this link should connect directly to the review page. This would also allow people without a Google email and account to go directly to the page. The way it is now it asks the person to sign into their Google account.

  13. Please make it so that add-on services can be added at check-out (just like we add-on retail products) instead of having to go back and edit the original appointment. It messes up the calendar and adds so much extra work for the person checking out the client.

  16. Currently when you create an offer it only allows to apply the discount to the item (per item). With this clients are able to use that discount on multiple items that are eligible. Can you all create a "per transaction" option for discounts, so that the client can only receive the discount towards the total transaction. For example, I currently have a $25 discount code. If a client books a massage and facial online they will save $25 on each item saving $50 total. With a "per transaction" option, they would only be able to save $25 total.

  17. having an invoice option for missed/late appointments if their card on file doesn't work or if they don't have one on file ensures that the business is still paid and clients are held accountable. i liked this feature on past booking systems and think its a good feature.

  18. Where new clients come from is critical information to understand. Currently, referral source isn't a mandatory field to complete a profile and I think it should be! Our team constantly forgets or skips asking this and it's lead to tons of profiles without a referral source. If it's not mandatory then it should be a warning when creating a profile.

    In an ideal world this would be a backend setting "make referral source mandatory"
