  4. It's crazy that the providers do NOT get notified if someone reschedules an appointment! How are they supposed to know? Just watch the schedule all day?

  6. Appointments should show that it has been rescheduled x1, x2 etc. because it shows if it has been cancelled but not if its rescheduled

  7. It would be awesome if there was a separate messenger app just for messages. There could be a team group tab where it would be a group message and then you can also text clients (an option to unread messages would be great too!)

  9. When patients cancel online them, ask them to select a reason for cancelation and prompt to reschedule. It would be nice if we could change the options for cancelations. Thank you!

  11. When clients book online, we check each appointment to ensure it it booked correctly. The problem we have is when we open them with the bell icon, there could be over 70 appointments and we are not able to mark them as read individually, which makes this process longer than needed and leaves room for more errors if an appointment is missed. If there is a way to mark a single appointment as read, rather than mark all as read, it would be very helpful.

  16. Currently my location manager can update quantities but not enter new products or update price changes on existing products. As the owner, I have given her autonomy over our inventory and it is up to her to manage. The software is forcing me as the owner to do this and I pay her to do it!

    I do not wish to give her total control over our software so it should be something I can allow in permissions.

  17. Would love to be able to use the barcode scanner to "scan in" and "scan out" inventory. So as you scan an item it adds to the number received.

  20. When a client books an appointment online- it would be amazing if the appointment automatically had some kind of tag to show it was booked online on the schedule instead of having to open an appointment. 🌎Something like this
