  1. When reading the BLVD Messages in the Message tab, the blue unread alert disappears. Can there be a way to select an option mark a message as unread after its been read, to serve as an alert that the message needs attention.

  4. A messenger bot that actively scans the schedule searching for inefficiencies in the timing of appointments.

    1.) Give the bot info on how your appointment timing works. (i.e. a 30 minute takes up three 15 minute spaces or a 60 minute occupies five.)

    2.) Bot determines which appointments to move in order to increase room for additional appointments

    3.) The bot engages with the client over sms asking to move up or down

    4.) The appointment is moved and confirmation is sent

  5. It messes up the Retail to Service Sales percentages and has it so I have to manually break it out each pay period to avoid paying retail commission on it. Can it not be it's own category? Or at least go into the service sales because it is a series of services purchased.

  10. We should be able to add accommodations without needing an appointment to edit. If a stylist wants to add extra time to clients appointments, they don't always remember before the ticket is closed. If the client doesn't pre book, they have to keep an eye on their books to see when/if that client books again to add the accommodation.

  12. On the clients profile there should be a way to initiate a balance due. Maybe balance due can be inserted as a negative number under "account credit".

    Or maybe there can be an option to add no show fee upon checkout.

    Right now there is absolutely no option for additional fees that aren't taxed or counted as an inventory item.

  13. Blvd say it runs $1 through on credit cards to validate but if they are not valid we do not get notice. We have had several clients no show and go to charge them a cancellation fee and there card is invalid or no funds.

  15. Currently, if you redeem a voucher, it zeros out any added services, add ons and tips. We need to ability to have the system only zero out the service that is being redeemed. All other items should stay the true price.

  18. When patients cancel online them, ask them to select a reason for cancelation and prompt to reschedule. It would be nice if we could change the options for cancelations. Thank you!

  19. As a medical practice having the date and time a patient signs a form or a provider signs a chart is very important. Currently, each record shows a time stamp on the computer but this does not appear when it is printed. Having this printed would be very helpful for any medical legal issues. Thank you.

  20. It would be awesome if we could toggle the gratuity collection for each individual service/transaction before checkout as opposed to it being permanently on or off for all transactions. This would be helpful since not all of our services typically require gratuity and only certain services we would ask for it. That way we would not have to toggle it on or off through the management settings everytime we wanted to request for gratuity. It is very off-putting to our clients when prompted for gratuity on services that don't require them.
