  2. When a client is prompted to add a card on file, they are thinking they've already paid online due to the email confirmation they get. We need to clarify that when putting card on file, they are NOT paying for the service yet. We have had countless clients walk out without paying for their service because of this. Thank you.

  3. We need a report that will show how many specific treatments are booked out during a specific time frame. For example, knowing how many Halo lasers are booked in the next 3-6months helps us know how many Halo tips we need to order. Many treatments use specific disposable items and knowing how many to order and have on hand is crucial.

  6. don't let the same customer receive a review request every appointment. We have clients who come multiple times a week. 1x per 3 months is good.

  9. A lot of patients schedule an appointment with a different email address, and it creates a new profile even though the phone number is the same. I wish the system would recognize that the phone number is already in the system and confirm with the patient whether or not they are new so that we don't have to merge client profiles as often.

  10. There should be a pop up alert for blocked clients that call the salon and try to book over the phone, instead of just disabling the regular booking actions and getting a notification that the service provider does not offer that service. You should not have to go into the client profile to find out that they are blocked. This could cause uncomfortable interactions between the client and support staff.

    This is not a planned priority for Boulevard at this time however we will continue to evaluate the needs of our customers against consumer protection measures defined by federal and state laws when considering this feature for development.

    Hey folks! Exciting update: clients can now view their membership details in the client portal. By navigating to the new memberships page, they can view:

    • Benefits of their membership
    • Their next billing date
    • The option to update their payment method on file
    • Names of people they've shared their membership with (if applicable)

    Check out the changelog to learn more about this update. 

    This launch does not include the ability for clients to pause or cancel memberships on their own, so I won't mark this idea as 100% complete just yet. Be sure to check out the Client Portal support article for a comprehensive outline of all that clients can do in the portal, and how to install it on your website so it's easy for them to find.

  17. Gift cards should include the option to attach the purchaser's name and recipient's name to the card. Some clients will buy multiple gift cards and the system doesn't allow for the client to include each person's name they're giving it to. We offer the option for reissuing lost gift cards, but it can be hard to track in system because when it's not in their name or the purchaser bought multiple cards for the same amount or on the same date. There should also be the option to include an expiration date.

  18. We'd like to be able to upgrade/downgrade a membership (we have two tiers) without having to cancel/sell each product separately. This causes our overall member counts to be off and leaves room for error when done manually.

  19. Separating our PROFESSIONAL and RETAIL products* - so it doesn't show in inventory but historically is there

  20. We need tickets for each client on each provider. Currently, one has to click to edit the appointment for each individual client, then select to print that Appointment Ticket in that window. This takes like an hour to print this way. We need a way to print Appointment Tickets for an entire day for all clients.
