  1. I've been open for 10 days and have had more than a dozen people come in frustrated on the page that says "add more" It is not even close to intuitive that you need to click on the service to remove it. There has to be a button added! Please!!!

  2. I understand your can send reminders for forms prior to appointments. However, we've run into a situation where forms weren't completed before hand and the patient some how made it past our front desk without completing them. There should be a way to send these forms to a patient after their appointment. The only way to do that now is to send them PDFs of the forms which is very inconvenient.

  3. It would be awesome if we could toggle the gratuity collection for each individual service/transaction before checkout as opposed to it being permanently on or off for all transactions. This would be helpful since not all of our services typically require gratuity and only certain services we would ask for it. That way we would not have to toggle it on or off through the management settings everytime we wanted to request for gratuity. It is very off-putting to our clients when prompted for gratuity on services that don't require them.

  7. We have certain estheticians who do not perform certain services, but even if they are non assignable in the system reception is still able to book the service in. I know a message pops up that says "This person does not usually perform this service:" , but if you miss that they are still able to book it. The older system we used did not even allow us to move it over and only allowed estheticians who performed the service take the service.   9. If there's a way for staff to decide if its a request or not that would be great when booking internally. It automatically makes it request and you have to unselect the heart. We would rather have to select the heart option.

  10. Can we decide when we want the client to get text or email confirmations? Sometimes we don't want a new client to get the confirmation before because sometimes we fudge the books a little for a comp service we do at the bowl before the service.

  12. We have a lot of client's who's entire family uses the salon. It would be helpful to have them all connect to one profiles payment method, contact info, etc. but still have their own individual names. We currently just make separate profiles for each of them, but then when you're messaging the phone number sometimes is automatically associated with the child instead of the adult. Also, when checking out, it's hard to charge the card on file when it's under the parent's profile but not the child's. We have some work arounds, but there's got to be a way to…
