  2. A LOT OF MY STYLIST LIKE TO PRINT OUT THERE SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY AND WHEN PRINTED THE TEXT/FONT DOESN'T SHOW UP ON THE PAPER VERY WELL BECAUSE THE FONT COLOR IS WHITE.

  5. When clients book online, we check each appointment to ensure it it booked correctly. The problem we have is when we open them with the bell icon, there could be over 70 appointments and we are not able to mark them as read individually, which makes this process longer than needed and leaves room for more errors if an appointment is missed. If there is a way to mark a single appointment as read, rather than mark all as read, it would be very helpful.

  6. A messenger bot that actively scans the schedule searching for inefficiencies in the timing of appointments.

    1.) Give the bot info on how your appointment timing works. (i.e. a 30 minute takes up three 15 minute spaces or a 60 minute occupies five.)

    2.) Bot determines which appointments to move in order to increase room for additional appointments

    3.) The bot engages with the client over sms asking to move up or down

    4.) The appointment is moved and confirmation is sent

  7. It messes up the Retail to Service Sales percentages and has it so I have to manually break it out each pay period to avoid paying retail commission on it. Can it not be it's own category? Or at least go into the service sales because it is a series of services purchased.

  9. There is no nation-wide rule that gift cards cannot expire. Federally it is actually five years so if anything, you should have it set to 5 years and then allow each account to implement their own state wide laws. It is not required by law that you police this. Every other booking company and every other gift card system that I have ever used allows for businesses to implement expiration dates on their gift cards. This would be an easy feature to add since you already have exp dates on series.

  13. We should be able to add accommodations without needing an appointment to edit. If a stylist wants to add extra time to clients appointments, they don't always remember before the ticket is closed. If the client doesn't pre book, they have to keep an eye on their books to see when/if that client books again to add the accommodation.

  15. We would like to see more descriptive text confirmations for clients with multiple appointments in one day. At this time, clients receive separate text confirmations for each appointment and it does not say the type of service and/or service provider name in the text confirmation.

    One particular client was booked for a Manicure at 10am and Pedicure at 10:45am, immediately following. The client received two separate text confirmations and on different days. The client showed up at 10:45am, thinking that her appointment was rescheduled to a later time.

  18. On the clients profile there should be a way to initiate a balance due. Maybe balance due can be inserted as a negative number under "account credit".

    Or maybe there can be an option to add no show fee upon checkout.

    Right now there is absolutely no option for additional fees that aren't taxed or counted as an inventory item.

  19. Blvd say it runs $1 through on credit cards to validate but if they are not valid we do not get notice. We have had several clients no show and go to charge them a cancellation fee and there card is invalid or no funds.
