This account is asking for the ability to pick the amount of points being redeemed at the time of checkout as opposed to it redeeming all points available Example, from client: "Our struggle is we have some clients that are frequently in the salon but don't have any loyalty to a specific provider. They could end up with a free service due to a lot of accumulated points and the "lucky" provider they had that day takes the hit."

    Offered a work around for the time being.

  3. We are seeing an increasing level of FRAUD on new guest profiles. We really need to be able to take the photo of the guest and capture other ID elements like the driving license.

  4. Allow for an account to be marked as a minor or child and link it to a parent's account. This would allow reminders to go the parents phone/email without having duplicate phone and email information in the database. If I have a parent phone number in for a child, text messages often show up as coming from the child not the parent. Super embarrassing to refer to them by their child's name.

  8. It would be great if there was a way to flag messages with clients or mark them as unread. Sometimes it can be really difficult if we read a message during the weekend for example but don't want to take action on it while we are not working. It would be nice to have a way to flag the message to come back to when we are back in the salon.

    Hey folks! Exciting update: clients can now view their membership details in the client portal. By navigating to the new memberships page, they can view:

    • Benefits of their membership
    • Their next billing date
    • The option to update their payment method on file
    • Names of people they've shared their membership with (if applicable)

    Check out the changelog to learn more about this update. 

    This launch does not include the ability for clients to pause or cancel memberships on their own, so I won't mark this idea as 100% complete just yet. Be sure to check out the Client Portal support article for a comprehensive outline of all that clients can do in the portal, and how to install it on your website so it's easy for them to find.

    Based on the date, see who created or cancelled an appointment with booking details such as the service, the stylist (with requested option), & appointment date.

  18. We have a lot of client's who's entire family uses the salon. It would be helpful to have them all connect to one profiles payment method, contact info, etc. but still have their own individual names. We currently just make separate profiles for each of them, but then when you're messaging the phone number sometimes is automatically associated with the child instead of the adult. Also, when checking out, it's hard to charge the card on file when it's under the parent's profile but not the child's. We have some work arounds, but there's got to be a way to…

  20. Would like to have a note that you can have show up before you click to confirm an appointment. For example if a client has a history of no shows or cancelling last minute then the person who answers the phone can make sure we have a card on file.
