  1. Currently when a service package is refunded, any vouchers that were granted stay on the client profile and need to be manually voided. Ideally, vouchers would automatically be removed when a client is refunded for their purchase

  3. It would be great for a client to receive a detailed receipt when checking out. As of now it only shows the main service on the receipt, if it could show add-ons it would very helpful.

  4. Ability to designate business week start and end days (eg. Monday-Sunday). This would allow managers to view the Schedule with start and end days that match their other systems, update shortcuts in reports for 'This Week', etc., and reflect accurate performance metrics in the Professional App.

  7. Booking link sent via text for clients who wish to book over the phone but do not want to give credit card information over the phone or "book online". Link gets sent to phone and they must add credit card info and accept the terms and policies within a specific timeframe to complete the booking, saving time and effort for the front desk. When the front desk gets busy checking out a client and there's calls on hold to book. This is efficient and keeps both parties happy!

  8. We are one of many boutique hair studio in NYC and have eliminated the 'front desk' We do all our own bookings by email and online and use a laptop in the salon. With the duo, now we have to have the ipad as well just to process with no other functionality needed in the salon for an ipad. The ipad also has to remain off idle/unlock so the Duo app is always working. So the ipad now has to remain on the charger. There should be a pop up alert for blocked clients that call the salon and try to book over the phone, instead of just disabling the regular booking actions and getting a notification that the service provider does not offer that service. You should not have to go into the client profile to find out that they are blocked. This could cause uncomfortable interactions between the client and support staff.

  13. It would be really wonderful if we were able to add emoji's when communicating with our clients through the message center. Just like the way we have emojis when messaging with the help center, but with our clients. PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE!!!!!

  14. It is more natural to block out with a dark color and open up with a light color. White is where the appointments and dark is where they are not. Or let us customize how we view our calendar

  15. Allow for an account to be marked as a minor or child and link it to a parent's account. This would allow reminders to go the parents phone/email without having duplicate phone and email information in the database. If I have a parent phone number in for a child, text messages often show up as coming from the child not the parent. Super embarrassing to refer to them by their child's name.

  16. Would like to have a note that you can have show up before you click to confirm an appointment. For example if a client has a history of no shows or cancelling last minute then the person who answers the phone can make sure we have a card on file.

  18. When a client is prompted to add a card on file, they are thinking they've already paid online due to the email confirmation they get. We need to clarify that when putting card on file, they are NOT paying for the service yet. We have had countless clients walk out without paying for their service because of this. Thank you.
