Send emojis via Contact Center
It would be really wonderful if we were able to add emoji's when communicating with our clients through the message center. Just like the way we have emojis when messaging with the help center, but with our clients. PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE!!!!!

Similar to Anrdrea below: On windows you can use the Windows (start) key and the period at the same time to bring up an emoji picker. 🙂

this is a work-around: The easiest way to access the emoji keyboard on your Mac is using the keyboard shortcut. The first step, is to open the app in which you wish to insert an emoji. Simply click in the text field for that app and press Command + Control + Space simultaneously to bring up the emoji picker.

We usually text through the spa phone and can add emojis which brings a different energy to client communication. Through messages we don't have that option. We'd like to add the emojis to that application much like the Help Chat. Thank you!
