New Client Report

I would love to have a 'filter' that would pull only new clients from a certain time frame. We send 'New Client' Surveys to each guest from the previous week and it looks as if there won't be a way to do that currently.

    This same idea is so critical for our business and I am astonished that Blvd does not have the capability to pull new client information. This is a vitally important process for our business as we value follow up with all our new customers. Following up with new clients allows us to get them back in the door and show them that we care about their previous experience. Without the capability to do so, we are losing money.

    Retention report that will show:
    - Client Name
    - Staff Name
    - Retention rate

    But show clients that are new to the BUSINESS/LOCATION. not just new to the staff.

    Spaderma would like to see a report that will filter new clients, specifically for pulling their prebook percentage on first visit.

    be able to pull a report to see how many new clients you have in a month.
