Send Forms After Appointment
I understand your can send reminders for forms prior to appointments. However, we've run into a situation where forms weren't completed before hand and the patient some how made it past our front desk without completing them. There should be a way to send these forms to a patient after their appointment. The only way to do that now is to send them PDFs of the forms which is very inconvenient.

Detailed Receipt
It would be great for a client to receive a detailed receipt when checking out. As of now it only shows the main service on the receipt, if it could show add-ons it would very helpful.

Gift card promotion that allows clients to purchase a certain amount and receive a reward
Ability to set up a gift card promotion that would allow the client to receive a reward if they purchase a certain amount. For example, if a client purchases a $100 gift card they will receive an additional $20 gift card.

Allow clients to manage memberships themselves
Allow clients to view their membership status and balance, pause, or cancel memberships.
26 votesHey folks! Exciting update: clients can now view their membership details in the client portal. By navigating to the new memberships page, they can view:
- Benefits of their membership
- Their next billing date
- The option to update their payment method on file
- Names of people they've shared their membership with (if applicable)

This launch does not include the ability for clients to pause or cancel memberships on their own, so I won't mark this idea as 100% complete just yet. Be sure to check out the Client Portal support article for a comprehensive outline of all that clients can do in the portal, and how to install it on your website so it's easy for them to find.

Guest Profile Photos
We are seeing an increasing level of FRAUD on new guest profiles. We really need to be able to take the photo of the guest and capture other ID elements like the driving license.

Month view of employee schedule
Need the ability to view employee schedule for entire month and add schedule for each employee. The current weekly view is a pain. Should be able to see an entire month so you know which days need filled for scheduling.

Provide child profiles under parent profiles
Allow for an account to be marked as a minor or child and link it to a parent's account. This would allow reminders to go the parents phone/email without having duplicate phone and email information in the database. If I have a parent phone number in for a child, text messages often show up as coming from the child not the parent. Super embarrassing to refer to them by their child's name.

pop up notes when booking
Would like to have a note that you can have show up before you click to confirm an appointment. For example if a client has a history of no shows or cancelling last minute then the person who answers the phone can make sure we have a card on file.

A dashboard that shows whats happening in a business. Have it show a quick look at sales, clients booked, etc. that could be pulled from reports. Attached are screenshots of the look/idea.
