  1. Ability to set up a gift card promotion that would allow the client to receive a reward if they purchase a certain amount. For example, if a client purchases a $100 gift card they will receive an additional $20 gift card.

    Hey folks! Exciting update: clients can now view their membership details in the client portal. By navigating to the new memberships page, they can view:

    • Benefits of their membership
    • Their next billing date
    • The option to update their payment method on file
    • Names of people they've shared their membership with (if applicable)

    Check out the changelog to learn more about this update. 

    This launch does not include the ability for clients to pause or cancel memberships on their own, so I won't mark this idea as 100% complete just yet. Be sure to check out the Client Portal support article for a comprehensive outline of all that clients can do in the portal, and how to install it on your website so it's easy for them to find. 

  5. Check-in to be on a much larger screen, which requires using android instead of apple.

  8. Clients need confirmation of their appointment details, particularly if booked within the 48 hour timeframe when they do not receive a reminder. Right now, Professional app does not send the booking details email if the appointment is booked through the Professional app.

  10. Alert the client when booking online that they already have a profile. Clients make multiple profiles because they can't remember their password or don't remember they have a profile and they end up creating multiple, which is a problem when we go to look at their history and their is nothing there. We then have to search if they have another profile.

  11. Currently you cant see the prices of services easily at all when booking. It does not show you the price of the appointment until you are almost done booking it. I would like to be able to easily see all prices for different artists while I am on the phone with a client. Right now I have to basically book it to be able to tell them the price.

  14. If you fill out the forms and on the first form they put name and dob it should autofill the rest on the next forms. Along with the date should transfer over

  15. When adding a client to the waitlist, there should be an option for a date range, not just a specific date. For example, a client has an appointment scheduled 2 weeks out but would like to be on a waitlist for any date sooner. It's a lot of work to add them to the waitlist for each of the days before.

    This is not a planned priority for Boulevard at this time however we will continue to evaluate the needs of our customers against consumer protection measures defined by federal and state laws when considering this feature for development.

    Based on the date, see who created or cancelled an appointment with booking details such as the service, the stylist (with requested option), & appointment date.

  20. It's really difficult to understand how well any given offer code is performing (especially if it's a limited time offer) when you can't see if patients applied the code when online booking. The only way it comes up is when you go to check the appointment out. It makes our business look disorganized when the front desk and providers don't have that visibility. Our providers will pitch something to the patient not knowing they already "signed up" for another offer.
