When booking an appointment, temporarily place a "Currently Booking" hold
Until the other sessions for that time slot to avoid accidental concurrent booking for the same time slot.
In busy settings where there are multiple operators booking appointments, this would cut down on having to call clients and apologize that the appointment was unfortunately booked by another user despite 30 seconds ago letting them know the appointment was already made.

In our previous software (ROSY) there was a toggle button that we could click to show transparent "ghost appointments" on the schedule for anyone that had canceled for moved their appointment. It was a great way to track and see who had moved so that we could reach out and connect or let our team know who was there instead of it just being an empty gap with no record of what was there before.

It would be a great idea to have a feature that showed when clients are booking online. Double bookings happen quite often and it is always unfortunate having to navigate around that. If the system could grey out the spot on the calendar when a client is actively booking to avoid us also booking that spot it would be great!

We struggle with folks getting double booked. Would be so helpful if on the shops' end, there's a signal that notifies us that an online booking is in progress, so we don't book in that slot. Like a temporary block in a different color to indicate that that specific time is actively being booked online

Whenever we select a time and begin inputing client info to reserve that time spot, WHILE inputing necessary info, BLVD still allows that spot to be selected and booked on the website. Sometimes we select the time and see someone has already booked it from their end. Turns into a race to secure a space for someone from the phone!

Is there a way to have a time-slot or block of time turn a different color if someone is in the process of booking it?
