  1. I love that clients can see their available vouchers on the client portal as well as what their membership perks are. I would like them to also be able to see their account credit balance on the portal.

  2. Many of my staff members (in different privilege groups) are capable of completing a purchase order upon receiving inventory. But I don't necessarily want them to have access to all the tabs under "Manage Location", especially Billing and Staff Schedules. Please allow extra flexibility in assigning access for privilege groups.

  3. As the owner, I should have a much smoother experience on the phone app then I do. It's difficult to book appointments for clients and see details.

  5. It would be great if before an appointment could be saved on the stylist books the system prompted the operator to get Credit Card information. We "require" a credit/debit card on file due to a cancellation policy however most clients do not have a card on file because the operator forgets to ask for it. Having a window of some sort pop up to prompt the operator to gather the credit card information before the appt could be saved would greatly increase the number of clients with a CC on file.   8. There should be an option to include a secondary phone number in contact information. Sometimes clients want to provide both a work and cell number, or do not remember which phone number they have provided in the past.

  9. Blvd needs to understand why other platforms have prioritized reviews and business listings/a directory of the companies that they work with. Essentially the blvd universe. If you are on a platform that does not list your businesses and have customized follow-ups for reviews, then you are falling behind. My SEO company has advised me to sign up for other platforms based on the fact that Fresha, Massage Book, Mind Body, etc., have business listings that are pulling those companies that use them higher in listings and bringing them more business due to showing up higher in search.   13. I would like to add to this and maybe have a reminder pop up when they late cancel within a certain timeframe that we can set?

    If its legal - take a step further and either have the system automatically charge them or put the late cancel charge in their cart/profile to show as needing to be check out by the front desk some how?

  16. As our business is growing we need more colors! It can be confusing checking people in and out if 2 workers have the same color attached to their schedule :) Even lighter or darker shades of current colors would be good! Thank you!

  17. It would be great for coaching and teaching opportunities for BLVD to time stamp user actions such as processing payments, refunds, bookings, canceling, etc. If an error is made we cannot look back to see who made the mistake and course-correct

  18. Uploading photos is a great feature for the forms and charts. I was just playing with this, and I realized that there is no option to zoom into the photos which can make viewing details harder when looking on a small phone screen. Viewing on a computer monitor is easier, but zooming would still be helpful there.

  19. With products you sell/offer at your business, you can have the option to tie expiration dates to that product to help when doing inventory, to keep track of when stuff is expiring and you need to order more, etc.

  20. Inventory tracking so if we have zero of a product in stock, you’d be alerted that zero is in stock. We use remote client coordinators and they are not in store to check inventory. We do use product manager to see the inventory but it would be nice to get an alert in checkout regarding no inventory.
