  1. Inventory tracking so if we have zero of a product in stock, you’d be alerted that zero is in stock. We use remote client coordinators and they are not in store to check inventory. We do use product manager to see the inventory but it would be nice to get an alert in checkout regarding no inventory.

  3. It would be great if before an appointment could be saved on the stylist books the system prompted the operator to get Credit Card information. We "require" a credit/debit card on file due to a cancellation policy however most clients do not have a card on file because the operator forgets to ask for it. Having a window of some sort pop up to prompt the operator to gather the credit card information before the appt could be saved would greatly increase the number of clients with a CC on file.   4. Clients have been requesting the following feature where you can select a service provider and their availability at each location FIRST vs. selecting a location and date first then finding the service provider's availability.

    Would like the option for interchangeability. We have clients who have favorite artists and want to book accordingly and we have clients who want first available, so we want for both options and formats for booking.

  6. The link requires the person to have a Google account. Also it does not take them to the correct place. This should be a link that goes directly to the review page. Please add this option!!! The only current option is to go to the place id for Google. Instead, this link should connect directly to the review page. This would also allow people without a Google email and account to go directly to the page. The way it is now it asks the person to sign into their Google account.

  7. PDF Upload option when building a chart, like a photo upload.
    My spa has an external company who provides Good Faith Exams. This comes to us in a PDF form. I would like to be able to add this in a chart, a space reserved for unique clinical data rather than in the client note area, for it is not a note, it is a clinical document

  11. I know if they click the 4/5 review on the receipt they are then prompted to leave a google/ yelp review but NO client has done this thus far. It would be really nice to be able to set up an automatic email OR text that asks clients to leave us one on google, with a link attached. The reviews through BLVD are nice, but do not help my online presence as a business.

  14. Blvd needs to understand why other platforms have prioritized reviews and business listings/a directory of the companies that they work with. Essentially the blvd universe. If you are on a platform that does not list your businesses and have customized follow-ups for reviews, then you are falling behind. My SEO company has advised me to sign up for other platforms based on the fact that Fresha, Massage Book, Mind Body, etc., have business listings that are pulling those companies that use them higher in listings and bringing them more business due to showing up higher in search.   15. Many of my staff members (in different privilege groups) are capable of completing a purchase order upon receiving inventory. But I don't necessarily want them to have access to all the tabs under "Manage Location", especially Billing and Staff Schedules. Please allow extra flexibility in assigning access for privilege groups.

  16. Uploading photos is a great feature for the forms and charts. I was just playing with this, and I realized that there is no option to zoom into the photos which can make viewing details harder when looking on a small phone screen. Viewing on a computer monitor is easier, but zooming would still be helpful there.
