Booker used to have this feature. They added the icons on the client's profile and on any appointments that they booked during their birthday month, so it was easy to see who needed to be celebrated when they came in! For example, we share special birthday candles for their birthday, we try to have it ready for them in their service room. Yesterday, a client had to tell us it was her birthday. Then we had to search through her profile to find the date and share the gift after her service.

We would like a birthday icon on our client profiles. We give our clients a little something during their birthday month and would like something that reminds us to do that.

Has anything been done with the birthday suggestion sent on January 29? Does Boulevard offer such a program?
