It would be extremely helpful to give the chart reviewing providers a notification that a new chart needs to be reviewed. Additionally, if it there were something as simple as adding a number notification onto the "schedule" box where they go to review the charts saying "3" as in 3 charts still need to be reviewed - could be shown next to the "needs review" option on the filter drop down as well.

Sometimes charts get behind and if the reviewing provider is caught up, they will not know when something new gets submitted unless they scroll back far enough.

Yes, absolutely, this is a necessity for providers. Practices do get busy and having to click into each appointment to see if it is complete is a huge waste of time. This should be a priority fix.

Sometimes days get crazy and I forget to click submit on a client chart/note. It would be great if there was a way I could look at any charts I haven't completed/submitted so I don't miss any.

It would be nice if there was a feature where you could check all of your patients at the end of the day to see if you missed charting on someone. There is a way to sort for incomplete forms but it shows all forms; not just the charts. On a busy day sometimes a chart gets missed here and there and to have a quick place to check without having to go into each patient's chart individually would be a great feature to have like Aesthetic Record has.
