We do a large yearly sale that includes a discount on gift cards (15% off the cost of a gift card, but with the full amount)

Be able to apply a discount code when purchasing a gift card online, or instore.

It would be helpful to be able to add a promotion to online gift card sales. Like buy $100 get 15% back on a second card, etc.
