    It would be helpful if the business had a feature that charges a "skip fee" for paused memberships.

    For example, if someone has a $100 monthly membership, and they pause it, they will instead pay a $20 monthly fee for pausing.

    It would be helpful to have receipts for gift card purchases include both the code associated and the balance.

    Business would like to be able to have staff use their professional app to scan products and update inventory amounts without a computer.

    Would be helpful to be able to further break down Categories. For example: Hair Removal as the main category and then Waxing or Sugaring as a Subcategory.

    The business would like to have the option to auto send out receipts for membership charges via email, to keep their customers informed.

    It would be helpful to be able to add a promotion to online gift card sales. Like buy $100 get 15% back on a second card, etc.

    It would be helpful for staff members to be able to clock in on their own devices or from the app in general. "We have to constantly edit time clocks because we use the same computers to check clients in/out, so it's not always available to do things in that moment"
