I'm seeing that this was waitlisted over three years ago. Commenting to let you know that we would have been able to sign up for the AI receptionist had this been implemented.

We cannot sign up for premium features that seem to be prioritized over features that have been requested for years because the base set up has not been updated.

In this example, we, like many other businesses, advertise with sub categories. Because we can't add the subcategories to booking, the AI receptionist can't book services as we advertise them and transfers the client to the front desk.

Labella Massage + Skincare would greatly benefit from sub-catorgies as we offer skincare, massage, Men's Services, Hair stylist etc. The ability to organize by the over all service category then sub's would make online book much easier for clients.

Please add this. It would allow us to better organize the online scheduling.

I agree! I am begging for this one. We have different types of services - including member versus non member prices - that would look so much nicer if they were in smaller groups within a larger group for the services we offer. For example, we have tons of different types of massages, but break it down based on time (60 min, 90 min, 120 min) or type (swedish, therapuetic, deep tissue). Right now, our client view is so CROWDED and we would love to have it look more clean and polished.

Would be helpful to be able to further break down Categories. For example: Hair Removal as the main category and then Waxing or Sugaring as a Subcategory.
