    When doing marketing efforts, it's important to filter out clients that are already on the books. We need a way to create a list of clients that currently DO NOT have an appointment.

    Booker had HireFrederick that automatically mined the data and automatically sent "We Miss You" offers with customizable texts and offers. I can manually push these out or use a 3rd party software, but I need a clean report of missing guests... Current reporting, that I can find, does not have this function. Please call, email, or text me if this is incorrect.

    Under the clients tab, when filtering clients I would like to be able to filter based on who has an upcoming appointment booked

    Example: Should the business need to close unexpectedly for any reason, would be great to be able to message clients with upcoming appointments. Currently, clients only come up in the Client page Refine search after their appointment has been completed. Would be great to filter upcoming appointments by custom dates.
