We can see each discount that may have been applied to a specific item which is great since we allow clients to stack offers. When I want to drilldown on a single offer, though, I also want it to include sales that may have been combined with another, and the way it lists in the sale column makes it difficult to filter.

Founding memberships are only available to new members. Having the ability to enable a setting that prevents online purchase to clients with another membership on file would be helpful in being proactive rather than catching it and refunding them later.

Gift card purchases are reviewed daily to ensure that any that look suspicious are addressed by voiding/refunding the sale. This is manual, and not as proactive as it should be. It would be helpful to have better detection in the online purchase flow to further prevent fraudulent purchases that later turn into costly disputes.

It's important to have a consistent view of patients' photo charts over time. Having an alignment guide in the camera mode helps providers ensure that their angles are the same every time for the best and most precise comparison over a period of visits and between providers.

Currently when a service package is refunded, any vouchers that were granted stay on the client profile and need to be manually voided. Ideally, vouchers would automatically be removed when a client is refunded for their purchase

Checkout with voucher gift cards would be easier if they behaved more similarly to other vouchers, as well as being reported as liability in the correct category
