Shading based on status of appointment
Is there any way to make the Calendar view have a feature where the color for each nail technician, has different levels of shading based on if the guest is late/been checked in/ and checked out.
I am aware it shades itself when a guest is checked out. But looking at the calendar view is the simplest way for me to know what is going on with each nail tech and to get an overall view of where I need to help, what to set up for them, etc.
Is there also a way to see appointment logs such as when the person was checked in and out?

It's difficult to see who's here and who's not, at a glance. The little checked-in symbol is hidden or hard to see. When you are booked back to back and have your phone in the draw it can be very stressful if you don't know what clients are checked in. Also more difficult for even the front desk without squinting, hovering over appts or clicking over to the front desk tab which is disconnected from the view of the calendar. Something similar to what is done with checked-out appts would be nice.

I'd love a bigger contrast between appointments that have been paid or not paid. We'd also love a report for appointments that haven't been paid for the month.

I'm sure it is an oversight but if you move someone to the Arrived column of the Front Desk, there is an icon in the calendar view. If you move them to "Active" that icon is removed and there is no indicator at all for Active.
It is hard to glance at the calendar and see the little arrived icon as it does not stand out. Some sort of larger color or shade indicator would be helpful. (Perhaps a shading feature for arrived and then an additional icon to indicate Active.)
We came from booker where an entire appointment box goes from Grey to Green when someone is checked in.
