Owner Notifications
We moved from Square to BLVD, and one feature that I miss is that as a salon owner, I would receive text and/or email notifications each time my staff had a new appointment scheduled or cancelled.
It would come through as:
"Owner's Copy: Makenzie has a new appointement with Andrea Johnson for a Lash Extension Full Set"
It was nice because I could gauge what the new appointment flow was... without having to manually log in and view the new alerts.

More options for staff notification is needed. For example, staff should be notified of any appointment changes such as the time or date.

I completely agree. We recently transitioned from Square to Boulevard as well, and this was a crucial feature of Square that allowed us to manage appointments more professionally. Now, if a client reschedules, cancels, or joins our waitlist, I don't receive any notifications on my owner account. This is honestly very upsetting, and I feel it should be implemented as soon as possible.
