  6. a service provider would get paid a flat fee per treatment and that fee can be different for each treatment. It would not be a commission (% of service). This was brought up with a consulting firm that works with Spas only

  7. It would be helpful if the double booking option could be staff specific. For instance, one stylist is able to double book during the processing time of one appointment, but another stylist does not take clients during processing time of other appointments.

  9. Currently there is no work around for this, except to completely delete the techs schedule, delete all the scheduled apts, and re-open and re-book apts at the other location. It's extremely tedious and leaves a lot of room for error, especially if you're making scheduling adjustments for a big amount of time. The interface doesn't allow you to reschedule clients apts to the other location either. It's really inconvenient!

    IE we are currently under construction at one of our locations, so a few of our stylists temporarily moved their books to the second location. Now, when we have to move…

  11. Would like an option to trigger a form to populate on the ipad for a client to complete. We had a client checkin and add a service which requires a form, but there's not a clean way to have them complete the form on the ipad. We have to put them back to Confirmed and checkin all over again

  14. As massage therapists in the state of Michigan, we are required to fill out SOAP notes for each and every client. Having a place specifically meant for all of the clients paperwork either to upload OR for clients to fill out online would be PERFECT. Not sure what the rules and regulations are in other states but this is a MUST for us!

  15. We moved from Square to BLVD, and one feature that I miss is that as a salon owner, I would receive text and/or email notifications each time my staff had a new appointment scheduled or cancelled.

    It would come through as:

    "Owner's Copy: Makenzie has a new appointement with Andrea Johnson for a Lash Extension Full Set"

    It was nice because I could gauge what the new appointment flow was... without having to manually log in and view the new alerts.

  16. Reporting on expired or upcoming expirations of vouchers for businesses that utilize expirations. This will assist in recognizing the revenue at the time of expiration from an accounting perspective.

  19. As of now, we have to use a separate software to track employee time off request, time off, sick time, vacation, PTO etc. An integration of time tracking would be super advantageous for salons.
