  3. As a salon owner, im constantly loging into my admin account to check the status of the salons, i wish there was a way to have boulevard run on a mobile friendly version, rather than desktop. things are way to small to see and hard to navigate through.

  4. For appointments that are shorter in duration if most appointments are 1h+ I would love if there was a way for online booking offering less amounts of times for the shorter appointments and coupling them with existing appointments. For example if a stylist has a haircut appointment at 12:30, only offering for that day 12:15 or, 1:30 so the appointments are stacked instead of separated out.

  5. On our previous system, when a client was checked in, on the calendar dashboard we were able to see clients highlighted or turned to red if no showed. Creating a quick at a glance for a manager to see how many clients were in the building or stylists were waiting for a client to arrive.

  6. Ability to add/adjust gender on a client profile for marketing purposes (ability to filter under the Clients tab)

Glosslab runs campaigns specific to the client's gender and would be useful to have to target the correct clients.

  7. Ability to not have ratings sent on clients that are charged no show/cancellation fees. Currently, a rating will send and the client will usually leave a bad review because they are being charged for a service they did not receive.

    Workarounds:

    1. Making a Product called Cancellation Fee (will mess up their reporting)
    2. Not sending a receipt at the time of charge (higher possible chargebacks from client)
    3. Turning off the ratings feature before charging a no show fee then turning it back on once processed and emailed. (a lot of extra work where admin is needed. FD will not have access…

  8. Current workaround is to go into front desk mode and manually slide these appts back to the intended state. Example of this would be client comes in, front desk checks a client in but it was the wrong client. Service provider was notified, and gets ready only to find it was an error. Adding procedures to go into front desk view and correct the state is tedious and quite forgettable unless staff is vigilant or errs on the side of being perfectionists. Placing this on the calendar view's UI simplifies salon logistics by being intuitive. Marking something as unconfirmed would…

  9. To avoid having to remember to check the ratings tab it would be helpful to receive alerts either via email or text for when we receive internal ratings.

  11. We have some offers for customers, friends and family, and employees. We have some offer codes set to auto apply. When our front desk checks out an employee for example the system allows offers to be stacked. There should be an option under each offer to allow or not allow offers to be stackable.

  13. We need a report of each service provider's full list of services, timing and pricing. This is a basic report in every other software system I have ever used. This allows service providers and management to see only the services they perform, timing and pricing in a report. This allows us to easily print out and give to staff and use for reviews, and to write down any desired changes, before putting in the system.

  14. when you enter a new product, you need to scroll down to find the category, the categories should be in abc order. We waste time looking for the category we want.

  15. I think you need to create a formula section. Yes we can add them in notes, but a more efficient way would to have the right section for the right information. Formula's are one of the most important part of our jobs. There should be a time/date stamp and the ability to edit. It would also be nice if it would show up when you you click on clients name from calendar. This way stylist would know if they had a previous formula. The more info we can have the better.

  17. We've had people book an appointment, but still be on the waitlist for a day further out. It would be nice to see in their profile the days they're on the waitlist for, so we're able to remove from all days once we're able to get them in. This has caused us to double contact a few people who'd been in, but still been on the waitlist. Just not sure the best way to track this.

  18. It would be great to appointment types. New Non-Requests (NN), Repeat Requests (RR) and New Requests (NR). It helps greatly to know these stats for employee growth. What percent of their clients are repeat clients, what percent were their clients recommending them (NR) and how many were New Non Request, clients the salon gave to the stylist or colorist (NN). Way more important than Tags to us.

  20. When an existing client is booked in a group appointment as a guest it would be great if an email was required that could then acknowledge they're already a client instead of creating a blank, second profile
