  3. Specials, promotions, voucher services sometimes do not need pricing to be showed externally since they make no sense to the clients anyway. Should be a way to make it so that these services can only be paid for using vouchers and not case equivalents or other payment methods.

  4. It would be helpful to show how the appt was booked when viewing the client profile. Right now you can see if it was booked by client or staff when in the main calendar page, but not when in the client profile viewing upcoming appts.

  6. When the customer come in and if their information is incorrect such as name or email or phone numbers. we can have customer review that on the duo app to to confirm, correct of update the information

  8. Ability to not have ratings sent on clients that are charged no show/cancellation fees. Currently, a rating will send and the client will usually leave a bad review because they are being charged for a service they did not receive.

    Workarounds:

    1. Making a Product called Cancellation Fee (will mess up their reporting)
    2. Not sending a receipt at the time of charge (higher possible chargebacks from client)
    3. Turning off the ratings feature before charging a no show fee then turning it back on once processed and emailed. (a lot of extra work where admin is needed. FD will not have access…

  10. ...instead of only after the original time of the cancelled appointment has past. Currently, cancelled appointments don't show up in client history until they are "history" this can create booking confusion when a client is referencing a cancelled appointment and we can't find it without searching the cancellations report. The cancellation list is very hard to search through since you can't filter or just search a client without loading page after page.

    We have a call center team and this has created a lot of confusion for them

  12. Providing a QR or barcode for online gift cards would make them much easier to redeem from a phone with our current barcode scanners. It also looks more professional and up to date than typing in a number from the email.

I wish there was a way to 1) access the texts you have with clients on the desktop browser in the mobile app and 2) continue texting clients within the app from the businesses dedicated phone number instead of it pulling up your phone's text messaging app and using your personal phone number.

  16. Add camera grids and face alignment templates (like RXPhoto) so photos can be lined up the same way every time. This would allow consistent before/after pictures with preset angles (front, profile, 45°) and make comparisons more accurate.
