  1. It would be amazing to be able to see a Cancelation Rate % of clients who cancel on service provider's schedule. The ideal statistic would show a % which would be factored by the amount of clients who cancel their appointment within the selected time frame, but do not rebook.

    This helps because it shows if a certain provider is perhaps doing well in rebookings, but most of the clients then cancel their future appointments so it's not really helpful just to see a high rebooking %.

  2. Nightly sales report via email. Each night you receive an email with how much you made for the day/weekend. This is what will be deposited into your bank account the following day(mon-thurs). The weekend will be sent out on Sunday night(fri-sun) Includes a list of the follow: clients name, date of service including tips. This includes gift cards sold. Gloss Genius has this feature and I loved it. Bummed its not here.

  4. I think other people have suggested similar things but I have not found this specific one. We seriously need to be able to send forms even if a client does not have a scheduled appointment. There have been several occasions where this has come up. Our current issue is needing to send insurance verification forms for our biller to access BEFORE a client schedules an appointment.   7. Add the ability to set a business cost for a service that is dependent on product usage to be $x per unit rather than a flat rate per service. For example, botox is $12 a unit and the business cost is $6 per unit but right now that $6 can only be set as a flat rate so regardless if it's 1 unit or 20 units the business cost stays a $6. This makes the commission payout now a manual process because you have to account for the business cost.

  8. Allow for scheduling staff members on an every other week rotation. Currently we have to add in staff on a wkly rotation and manually adjust if they work an every other weekend schedule.

  10. Feature Request: Identification and Pre-Appointment Communication for First-Time Clients**

    Summary:

    We request the addition of a feature that allows our salon to identify new clients who have booked their first appointment. This feature should include an option to generate a list of these new clients to enable sending personalized messages or emails to them before their scheduled appointment.

    Current Functionality:
    Currently, Boulevard provides notifications for appointments but lacks a specific function to highlight first-time visitors. This limits our ability to engage with new clients prior to their initial appointment, which is crucial for creating a welcoming and personalized experience.

  12. We need to be able to set custom "low inventory" numbers when using "Bulk Add" in a purchase order. When using bulk add, almost 100 products get added, and many have 4, 5, & 6 units in stock. Then we have to go through and delete those items, making bulk add a feature that doesn't make the process any easier or faster.

    For our business, 5-6 units are full stock for most items. We want to be able to set "low inventory" as 0-2 units per item. Bonus if we could set custom low inventory for different categories as well,…

  14. Your lists for internal marketing are not sufficient to run basic marketing. I cannot exclude people, or combine lists. Or monitor the frequency of contact.
    Please add : exclude clients already booked.
    Please add: Do not email if has been emailed in 15, 30, 60 days
    Please add: Email client of x employee AND x employee. (currently it it is set as or)

  15. It would be helpful if there was a way to view after a client received their appointment reminder when they actually confirmed and how they confirmed their appointment. For example, if they received a SMS message, and confirmed through that SMS message including the date and time.

  17. Would be extremely helpful if there was a way to offer clients to do a remote check-in and out as they enter and leave the salon. this shouldn't be the primary check-in/out for clients but it would help tremendously since it has been difficult to hire and retain receptionists.
