  1. We've had people book an appointment, but still be on the waitlist for a day further out. It would be nice to see in their profile the days they're on the waitlist for, so we're able to remove from all days once we're able to get them in. This has caused us to double contact a few people who'd been in, but still been on the waitlist. Just not sure the best way to track this.

  2. When product is returned it should be removed from client purchase history or at least indicated that the item was returned so staff doesn't promote a product that the client didn't like

  5. As we have Unconfirmed > Confirmed > Arrived > Completed in the Front Desk view.

    It would be great to actually track exact time the client arrived. Was active and checked out with the exact time log. Boulevard already Logs this information, we just need a report of it.

    Example client Anna had a 1pm appointment but came at 1:10pm

    Stylist John took Anna at 1:15pm to his chair but spend 3.5 hours on her instead of the 3 hours allocated.

    Anna Checked out at 3:45PM, instead of ~3pm.

  7. Having a way to see who booked/cancelled an appointment for accountability.

    Additionally, have an admin report to see login history (time, date, IP)

  9. It would be nice to add an "unread" option after opening a chat on text messages. Just as they have implemented on the iPhone. Opening and choosing "unread" with a simple swipe.

  10. Instead of uploading photos one by one, allow users to select and upload multiple photos at once directly into the gallery. This would save time, reduce repetitive steps, and make the gallery-building process much smoother.

  11. It would be helpful to send a form to a client at anytime without having a booking. When someone books for someone else, it takes time to cancel the booking, rebook under the other parties' name just to send the form.

  14. Instead of having to write down, read out or email a client specific prices of X treatment(s) recommended to them, we'd love a way to generate a quote through Boulevard. Aesthetic Record had an option to pull someone up on a sales tab, add everything/product suggested + any exclusive discount for the client and then generate it into a quote to send to them.

  19. Some of our stylists have suggested having a direct link to book with them for their IG profiles. This would save the client time from being directed to the booking link on our website and have to choose their preferred service provider.

  20. Our patients are requesting the ability to send and receive documents/attachments to our office securely through the patient portal.

    It would also be helpful if patients could view a read-only version of documents they have previously signed (ie: post-treatment reminders).
