  2. At current the contact center potentially can make a mess of things with confirmations if clients A and children B and spouse C use all A's number and an appt is cancelled, or confirmed. Then the system will potentially do actions for the wrong account or appt.

  4. This is important especially for new hires, but for all staff. It's easier to see the pricing on the calendar for booked appointments and also to see pricing when they are booking a new appointment, in order to let the client know the price without fumbling.

  6. When booking clients on the wait list, there should be a way to add a client to mulitple dates rather than just one and having to go back in and add them again to the other date they asked for. For example add 'Jane Doe to the wait list for the date between 3/1 and 3/10' rather than having to go in and add her 10 times.

  8. Not being able to edit tickets once the sale is pushed through is becoming a major issue for us. Mistakes happen or when new staff are at the front, it's hard to fix or we don't have access to fix it. Understand why not everyone should be able to edit tickets, but there should be a way to override or enter an admin code to allow us to edit these mistakes

  9. Allow for scheduling staff members on an every other week rotation. Currently we have to add in staff on a wkly rotation and manually adjust if they work an every other weekend schedule.

  11. The photo comparison is really basic. We can’t use it like it is. We need to be able to zoom in on each photo and the it should be full screen, not the little box it is now. Also the ability to compare multiple photos at once like baseline, 1 month, 2 month, 3 month We still have to revert back to TouchMD for photos since it’s a lot better for photos.

  12. We use products for Botox and Filler. WE NEED TO BE able to create injectable (product) packages. We pre-sell Botox packages and are only able to do account credits. This doesnt make sense. NEED THIS ASAP.

  13. I would like to propose an enhancement to the way account credits or vouchers are currently tracked within the system. At present, when we apply a credit or voucher to a client's account, it is recorded as a sale or deposit, regardless of whether actual money has been received from the client.

    For instance, in our referral program, when a client refers a friend, the friend receives $10 off their service, and the referring client receives a $10 credit to use towards their next appointment. However, this credit is currently recorded in the system as though it were a physical…

  15. In history, it should just show the entire details of the order to avoid the constant back and forth when wanting to see more details. Or at least have Order history and APPT history separately

  16. Have the ability to undo a service check-out. Sometimes clients want to checkout right away and pay or redeem a voucher before they are seen and then for one reason or another the service ends up not being performed. You cant undo the checkout or remove the service from the provider so then commission will be calculated for a service wasn't performed & the appointment will show in the clients history as if they were seen when they weren't. You also cant refund a voucher to return it to a clients account.

  17. I came from Vagaro and they had easy to read visual data charts. I am a visual person and numbers/text are hard to read. Having easy to read Data such as graphs, pie charts is ideal for business to see the numbers easier for visual people.

  18. Wish there was verbage on the email booking confirmations something along the lines "add to calendar" or make the appointment time and sevice a link to click. A lot of clients are unaware that theyt can create a calendar event.

  19. There needs to be the ability to see Product Sales with unit cost on same report. This would reflect the bottom line in order to calculate our net revenue. Currently you have Gross product sales and Net product sales. But net is only net of any discounts, not net of the cost of the product. So really you need an option for columns with gross product sales, discounts applied, cost of products sold and finally, net product revenue. This is the information as a business owner i need to see to compare profit margins etc.
