  4. My staff and scheduler add appointments virtually from home/car etc using their iPhones and iPads. We came from Square (which had a FANTASTIC app for scheduling).

    We need the ability to search available appointment times for each staff and have it only show the assignable services for that specific staff member.

    Trying to flip through a 3-day calendar view to find available appointments is ridiculous.

  8. Sometimes I will do a helpchat on one computer and then I don't know that someone is trying to checkout someone on the other computer. They keep getting interrupted by the helpchat popup.

    How about just a minimized slider on the right side that shows an animated exclamation point or something like that. So you know there is a new message but it isn't constantly popping up and blocking everything.

If you need to edit a service while pre-booking with a client, pulling up the new appt tab automatically refreshes your page to the current date rather than staying on the date/time that you're trying to book on. This means you have to start over locating the correct date and time every time you need to adjust a service. This can be confusing during busy times when you are balancing phone calls and checking clients in and out. It would be really helpful if blvd would stay on the same date the whole pre-book process to avoid doing steps multiple…

  10. I am unable to tell whether or not a new message has come in unless I physically go into Messages. Having notifications for old messages isn't helpful to me, and just having the purple pop up when I receive messages would be really great, especially on busy days.

    I can imagine it like this:

    At checkout front desk lets client know they can book their next appointment online. "OH WOW didn't know you can do that"

  12. Need to be able to see specifically how many of what treatment the stylists performed over a custom timeframe. Right now we can only see the total for the entire service category otherwise it takes a long time to go provider by provider to get the correct #s

  13. Allow for scheduling staff members on an every other week rotation. Currently we have to add in staff on a wkly rotation and manually adjust if they work an every other weekend schedule.

  15. When a patient is blocked from booking, give a warning when business is booking the appointment. As of right now it just says that the chosen provider cannot preform this service instead of saying that the patient is blocked when their name is typed in.

  16. Feature Request: Identification and Pre-Appointment Communication for First-Time Clients**

    Summary:

    We request the addition of a feature that allows our salon to identify new clients who have booked their first appointment. This feature should include an option to generate a list of these new clients to enable sending personalized messages or emails to them before their scheduled appointment.

    Current Functionality:
    Currently, Boulevard provides notifications for appointments but lacks a specific function to highlight first-time visitors. This limits our ability to engage with new clients prior to their initial appointment, which is crucial for creating a welcoming and personalized experience.

  17. Having the ability to create a bank of questions/dropdowns etc. that can then be added to many different forms and charts would be very time-saving and allow us to create forms/charts with ease.

    Also, it would be a cool feature to pull in products by category into a chart so we would easily make a protocol for providers to select what product they used during that step.

    Having the ability to change a chart to a form and vice versa, just in case you spent a lot of time building the form or chart in the incorrect format.

  18. Please include Service Provider Titles to Booking Confirmations. General feedback from clients was to include titles as the Last Name. The Service Providers have different levels of experience, so this allows the client to choose appropriately when scheduling their service.

  19. We have an issue with New Patients/clients booking under existing patients. New Patients require additional time for their appointment. This creates a nightmare for our front desk, since many times these are missing - which leads to a poor customer experience, when they show and there isn't enough time allowed for their appointment. It would be great, if there was a question that could be asked at the beginning of online booking. "Are You Currently a Patient at...? Yes or No. Then based off that question they would be show a list of services they can book. Or, maybe there…
