  1. When booking clients on the wait list, there should be a way to add a client to mulitple dates rather than just one and having to go back in and add them again to the other date they asked for. For example add 'Jane Doe to the wait list for the date between 3/1 and 3/10' rather than having to go in and add her 10 times.

  2. When product is returned it should be removed from client purchase history or at least indicated that the item was returned so staff doesn't promote a product that the client didn't like

  5. As we have Unconfirmed > Confirmed > Arrived > Completed in the Front Desk view.

    It would be great to actually track exact time the client arrived. Was active and checked out with the exact time log. Boulevard already Logs this information, we just need a report of it.

    Example client Anna had a 1pm appointment but came at 1:10pm

    Stylist John took Anna at 1:15pm to his chair but spend 3.5 hours on her instead of the 3 hours allocated.

    Anna Checked out at 3:45PM, instead of ~3pm.

  10. I need a report that sorts out detailed line items in a summary so that I can organize my income into Quickbooks. This also needs the ability to toggle on/off payment types so that I am getting the numbers for Credit Card Purchases, Checks, Cash, Account Balance.

    The Purpose is so when Boulevard pays out the credit cards sales, I can sort those payments into the respective category of sales in quickbooks.

  12. When setting up an automated Reminder to Book campaign, we want to be able to filter the types of clients that the message is sent to - not just to all clients in our system. We have Botox clients that need to schedule 3-4 months out, compared to laser hair removal clients who need to come every 6-8 weeks or aesthetic clients who need to come in once a month. This feature is unusable if we are not able to target specific groups of clients.

  13. There should be a simple and efficient way to modify or update a service during guest checkout without needing to delete and recreate the entire service entry. Additionally, any changes made should not remove the corresponding block from the calendar view.

  14. When filtering sales transactions by date, if you go into details of transactions, you are currently unable to go back to your filtered list. Whenever a filter is applied, if the "back" button should take you back to your filtered list instead of starting over. Currently, if I want to review each transaction, I have to start over and re-apply the filter every single time.

  17. We do a lot of medical weight loss and HRT/TRT which require lab work. Right now the only way to upload their bloodwork is to add it in the notes which is very time consuming - downloading the bloodwork, then uploading one file at a time; or by creating a chart then uploading it. The issue with doing it in a chart is sometimes peoples bloodwork is just 2 pages, or 10, or more. If doing it in a chart, you have to guess when building it the average amount of pages and hope no one has longer bloodwork. If…

  20. add a flag for messages that need further attention or review, or more info. Or at least make message unread to others can see it and notice. When you have multiple people looking at message and then a bunch of others come thru they get lost.... some sort of way to know this need follow up. thanks
