  3. We often have spouses or parents book appointments for other people and fill the forms out in the other person's name. We then end up with an incorrect form in their profile. It would be nice to be able to copy or move that form to another profile to keep our records matching.

  4. I can't run a visa/salon gift card unless the customer knows how much is on the card. It would be nice if Boulevard could charge a gift card then show the remaining amount due. Right now, I have to "charge partial" to a gift card and enter an exact amount. This is difficult because a lot of clients don't know their gift card balances.

  5. It would be very helpful for the stylists at our salon to be able to see clients' preferred pronouns on the app, without having to click into the client's profile to see that information. This information is visible on the desktop calendar view, but the stylists view their schedules on their phones.

  7. It would be helpful to show how the appt was booked when viewing the client profile. Right now you can see if it was booked by client or staff when in the main calendar page, but not when in the client profile viewing upcoming appts.

  9. I am paying an ungodly amount in fees to quickbooks for rent each week and would rather give yall that money and have it all tracked in one place for me as a owner. Or some way to create a recurring payments with ACH or credit.

  15. We really need to be able to toggle taxes on or off for services and/or products. Diplomats, non-profit organizations and others are tax exempt. We have several thousand dollars in sales each year that are non-taxable, and Boulevard has NO solution for this, so we lose money every time: we need this yesterday! We, of course, also need reports to show the non-taxable sales for reporting in accounting and payment of sales taxes to the state authorities.

  16. Occasionally when a client needs to cancel they ask to be put on a waitlist for another date. So during the cancellation process when given the option to charge a client, it'd be great to also have the option to move them to the waitlist

  18. Ideally, the business can add a tag or button that lives in every booking process. Once the client details and services are entered and confirmed, the operator (and online) will select one of the following boxes:

    • Salon Request (Any Stylist)
    • Stylist Request (New)
    • Stylist Request (Repeat)

    Generate all this data into a report - allows businesses to track how clients are coming into the salon. The report should include % of existing guests retained and % of new guests retained.   19. Create a required drop down on the dashboard so when a member cancels, a required reason field should be filled out before the cancellation is processed. This feature should also be able to be exported under the member reporting feature so we can analyze on churn.

  20. Sometimes I have to go back and edit closed sales so that employees can get their commision. It would be much easier to do this if I could just open a sale and then hit a "next" button rather than having to enter and exit sales and lose my place.
