  2. Generate different discount codes in marketing emails that can only be used one time. For example, a discount code for clients on their birthday but each code is different.

  4. For example, have someone available for service 1 and 2 from 8-2, but after 2, only available for service 2. Also, daily capping on service time per practitioner - for example massage therapist wants to limit to 5 table hours a day.

  5. Emails are not case-sensitive in any other platform that we are aware of. This, combined with allowing more than one profile to use the same email address, amounts to an enormous amount of duplicate profiles in our system.

  6. I would like to be able to send a discount link in a email or text marketing campaign that would allow the customer to click the link and then it takes them to the booking page and also auto apply's a coupon that i choose for that specific link. That way they don't have to remember a offer code, or re enter it at check out.

    Hey there! While we haven't added this feature for all offers yet, we have recently added this ability for new clients to your business with our new client referral program!


    Existing clients can share their custom referral booking links with friends. When those friends go to book, a special first-visit discount is automatically applied at booking and it carries through to checkout. Learn more about the referral program here.

  7. Reporting shown in graphs and pie charts. Comparison bar charts that compare service sales from current to the past 2 years. Also, membership comparison charts on a year to year basis. A Pie chart with the different services sold and customized dates. They are so much easier to read at a quick glance!

  14. We often have spouses or parents book appointments for other people and fill the forms out in the other person's name. We then end up with an incorrect form in their profile. It would be nice to be able to copy or move that form to another profile to keep our records matching.

  15. I can't run a visa/salon gift card unless the customer knows how much is on the card. It would be nice if Boulevard could charge a gift card then show the remaining amount due. Right now, I have to "charge partial" to a gift card and enter an exact amount. This is difficult because a lot of clients don't know their gift card balances.

    As of today, all clients can view their upcoming and past appointment information by selecting "All Appointments" at the top of their Appointment Details page (accessible via booking and reminder emails). It's not in an app yet, so we'll leave this as waitlisted, but clients can access the information from their browser. Learn more here.
