  2. give us the option to add more than one category at a time when adjusting inventory. make it like inventory reports where we can count multiple categories. this will save lots of time

  6. For appointments that are shorter in duration if most appointments are 1h+ I would love if there was a way for online booking offering less amounts of times for the shorter appointments and coupling them with existing appointments. For example if a stylist has a haircut appointment at 12:30, only offering for that day 12:15 or, 1:30 so the appointments are stacked instead of separated out.

  8. When i make changes to the schedule on Blvd i would like the option to publish the changes and alert the employee of her new schedule change.

    Ideally the alert will tell:

    Location
    Week Dates
    Hours for the week

    Should be a simple addition but SUPER beneficial for us.

  9. With the reception app, we were able to have the client select gratuity and then check them out via the dashboard. With the Duo, we now have to verbally ask for gratuity on all non-card payment methods. Would love to have the ability to send gratuity options to the duo app even for payments that don't require a card.

  12. Current workaround is to go into front desk mode and manually slide these appts back to the intended state. Example of this would be client comes in, front desk checks a client in but it was the wrong client. Service provider was notified, and gets ready only to find it was an error. Adding procedures to go into front desk view and correct the state is tedious and quite forgettable unless staff is vigilant or errs on the side of being perfectionists.   14. This is important especially for new hires, but for all staff. It's easier to see the pricing on the calendar for booked appointments and also to see pricing when they are booking a new appointment, in order to let the client know the price without fumbling.

  15. I am unable to tell whether or not a new message has come in unless I physically go into Messages. Having notifications for old messages isn't helpful to me, and just having the purple pop up when I receive messages would be really great, especially on busy days.

  17. The ability to have the card swiped first, then the client signs and adds gratuity if desired. Currently, we have to sign and add gratuity first before swiping. Client does not like the order and says everywhere else in the world is currently doing the opposite order for charge outs.

  19. We do not use the cards that clients put on file unless there is an emergency situation, forgotten card or no shows. It is an extra step to have to use the drop down menu to change the form of how we are taking payment as well as cards on file being accidentally charged instead of using the Duo. I would love to see the feature of having the option/customization of which shows up at check out screen as the first initial option.
