it is super frustrating and confusing to client that this is done separately. This needs to be able to be combined for better client experience and less aggravated clients.

YOUR ONLINE PORTAL NEEDS TO INCLUDE ONLINE BOOKING IN IT. SUPER INCONVENIENT FOR CLIENTS TO NOT SEE WHAT THEY ALREADY HAVE BOOKED. LEADS TO OVERLAPPING APPOINTMENTS AND DUPLICATES! CLIENT CAN'T BE TWO PLACES AT ONCE. THERE IS NO WARNING TO THEM IF THEY ARE BOOKING OVER THE SAME TIME AS ONE OF THEIR EXISTING APPOINTMENTS
