    it is super frustrating and confusing to client that this is done separately. This needs to be able to be combined for better client experience and less aggravated clients.

    Clients are able to confirm their appointments through text, they should be able to cancel via text as well.

    Have a portal for clients to safely enter credit card information when not booking online
    A link to a secure portal for clients to enter their credit card would be a great way to capture payment methods when people schedule via phone or text message.
