We're in conversations with Shawn about his issue here. Kudos to him for catching what might be a bug that we plan to fix. We've also been able to adjust Precision Scheduling's settings to better suit their preferences. Please reach out to support if you'd like to adjust how Precision Scheduling works for your business. Between the bug fix and settings adjustment, we're confident we'll end up somewhere that works well for them!

An error occurred while saving the comment Stephanie Knaus commentedYOUR ONLINE PORTAL NEEDS TO INCLUDE ONLINE BOOKING IN IT. SUPER INCONVENIENT FOR CLIENTS TO NOT SEE WHAT THEY ALREADY HAVE BOOKED. LEADS TO OVERLAPPING APPOINTMENTS AND DUPLICATES! CLIENT CAN'T BE TWO PLACES AT ONCE. THERE IS NO WARNING TO THEM IF THEY ARE BOOKING OVER THE SAME TIME AS ONE OF THEIR EXISTING APPOINTMENTS

Create filter by date! Especially because boulevard erases order numbers if anything gets merged with a client!

An error occurred while saving the comment Stephanie Knaus commentedHOW IS THERE STILL NO WAY TO BLOCK OUT HOLIDAYS??? EACH BUSINESS SHOULD BE ABLE TO EASILY CLOSE THE BOOKS FROM CLIENTS BOOKING. Currently making every single service provider 'unavailable' takes too long, AND the way scheduling staff works atm ...doesn't hold the 'unavailable' block anyway!
