Membership Cancellation Reasons
Create a required drop down on the dashboard so when a member cancels, a required reason field should be filled out before the cancellation is processed. This feature should also be able to be exported under the member reporting feature so we can analyze on churn.

Need the ability to add other custom, cancellation reasons to the list of preset reasons for staff to pick from.

While there is now a list of reasons for cancelling memberships need to allow to customize and report on those reasons.
