Move Forms between clients
We often have spouses or parents book appointments for other people and fill the forms out in the other person's name. We then end up with an incorrect form in their profile. It would be nice to be able to copy or move that form to another profile to keep our records matching.

I would like to re-comment - is anything going to happen with this? Our current work around is to print the form and take pictures of it to add to a chart in the correct profile. due to not being able to zoom pictures you end up with a barely readable picture to use as a form. Or you end up with weird notes pointing you to the correct form.
I completely understand that people should fill forms out for their own profile. But it doesn't happen, and not having a mechanism to correct this just makes a mess of our records.
Going back to paper doesn't seem like a bad choice at times.

Is there any movement on this? We are trying to go fully electronic for our forms, and this is the biggest headache. The easiest workaround is to print the form and upload the pictures to the correct client. It seems like there should be some option within Boulevard to have a privileged user move forms between user profiles. (Even if it is a copy and paste instead of cut and paste)

When clients book appointments as a surprise, under one name and one phone number, sometimes front desk does not catch this and change the phone number before the clients fill out their forms. or the phone numbers are flopped and they fill out their partners form and vise versa.... it would be awesome to have an option to attach forms ourselves right in their profile so we can swap and attach the correct clients form / info when needed.
Thank you

We've had clients accidentally fill out an intake from on someone else's account. I would be convenient to be able copy and paste or drag and drop or generally move an intake form to another client.
