NEW vs. CURRENT Clients Online Booking
We have an issue with New Patients/clients booking under existing patients. New Patients require additional time for their appointment. This creates a nightmare for our front desk, since many times these are missing - which leads to a poor customer experience, when they show and there isn't enough time allowed for their appointment. It would be great, if there was a question that could be asked at the beginning of online booking. "Are You Currently a Patient at...? Yes or No. Then based off that question they would be show a list of services they can book. Or, maybe there is a more seamless way this can occur, if the customer isn't in the database, we can control the services they can book online. Thank you.

Patients often select "individual appointments" when booking, when they are new. Since it is not shown as a request, it is auto confirmed which leads to issues in scheduling when patients haven't been seen at our office before.
