   Patients often select "individual appointments" when booking, when they are new. Since it is not shown as a request, it is auto confirmed which leads to issues in scheduling when patients haven't been seen at our office before.

   We would like to be able to send instruction cards or treatment cards via BLVD messaging. Being able to send via messaging with client ensures simple communication.
