Similar to how Slack offers "scheduled" direct messages, it would be amazing if we could schedule SMS messages for individual clients for situations where we need to reschedule their appointment or are playing calendar gymnastics. I often work on the salon's open items outside of our operating hours and we don't use a phone for our front desk - just text.
If it's 10pm, I don't want to text the client that late (plus is a little weird if they look at our salon hours, see we close at 9pm, then they receive a text "after close") but I would like to be able to schedule an outreach about an open item for them to receive it at say 9am the next morning. That way, I can check things off my to-do list in the hours I'm available to work without disrupting clients at inappropriate, non-business hours.
We find this comes up a lot for day of call outs too when we need to let clients know their technician is sick asap but don't necessarily want them to receive a text notification at 6am but rather 8am when we may be busy with other opening tasks and can't do outreach.

A lot of the time I can't get back to my clients late at night. To avoid sending them texts after business hours, it'd be great if we could write a response and then schedule it to send at a later time

sometimes i cant get back to clients during normal working hours (i dont have a receptionist, as do ALOT of salons now. ) I dont want to message them at 10 oclock at night or 4 in the morning (sometimes the only time i have. I would like to be able to schedule the message to send at a later day or time just like text messages.
