  6. Why doesn't it allow us to immediately add the quantity of the the new item while entering all the other info. It becomes a lengthy process to leave that screen completely just to add the quantity.

  10. A report that can show the dollars made per hour. They are looking for it to show the busiest/most lucrative time of day without having to view from the calendar view. Or a report that would separated per service provider to see if on average, their mornings vs evenings are busier.

  14. This tag would exist for the client and be cleared the next attended appointment. Usefulness includes

    • Charging them their no show fee the next visit in the case they didn't have a card on file.
    • Giving staff an extra chance at noticing the higher likelihood of a no show and preparing a more robust appointment confirmation and reminder (manual) practice with this particular client.

  16. Having a reception app for clients so they can check in when they arrive at the salon in the event we don't have front desk staff (to cut down on people in the salon) and to limit people all touching the same iPad & stylists needing to remember/take time to clean the screen.

  17. If I'm booking more than one appointment (but not necessarily a recurring), I have to SEARCH on the client name each time and select. It would be great if the system remembered or asked if I wanted to book ANOTHER appointment for same client.
