  5. "Precision Scheduling" - Where to begin?! Right... well it was really smart to trademark since others will surely want this level of deep learning /s.

    When we were notified in April of this new "feature" I read through the online support document, it surely read as though these changes were optional or opt-in. Some examples from the support document; "When Precision Scheduling is enabled", "Precision Scheduling is available for all Boulevard customers".     We're in conversations with Shawn about his issue here. Kudos to him for catching what might be a bug that we plan to fix. We've also been able to adjust Precision Scheduling's settings to better suit their preferences. Please reach out to support if you'd like to adjust how Precision Scheduling works for your business. Between the bug fix and settings adjustment, we're confident we'll end up somewhere that works well for them!

  6. Some of our stylists have suggested having a direct link to book with them for their IG profiles. This would save the client time from being directed to the booking link on our website and have to choose their preferred service provider.

  7. We would love to automate reminders via text/email that are specific to the procedure being performed.

    For example, a microneedling patient may get a text reminder 3 days prior to their service to stop retinol, and another text the morning of the appointment to remind them to start their numbing 1 hour prior to their appointment time.

    This could also be applied post-service as a way to follow-up, so a filler patient may get a text the following day to check in on them, or a laser patient could get a follow up text 3-7 days after their appointment.

  8. It is incredibly inefficient to switch between Gear and Manage. A few opportunities for improvement;

    • If permissions allow, simply display all settings, even if not edit-able.

    • Add a "switch" at the top to switch between gear (Business) and manage (Location)

    • The biggest issue switching between the two is your online location is lost. So if you are in a particular service and change between gear and manage you need to locate the service from scratch, if your browsing location can be saved when switching, this would be a satisfactory temporary fix.

    • This issue is most annoying regarding products and services.

  10. I'd like to be able to see the breakdown of the cash register in previous day's register count. Right now you can only see the cash totals and it would help to troubleshoot when there are register discrepancies to be able to see if someone just counted the total number of 20 bills wrong.

  12. Make it possible to add first and last names to client forms and have them auto-populate from their profile so that the form has their name on it if it is printed out. Legally the form still needs to have their name on the form itself, it's not enough that the form lives in their profile.

  13. Reformat the 'print' view for charts as in its current state it's essentially unusable. Also add an option to email a PDF version to the client. We use 'treatment plans' as a chart where we document the client's goals and the treatments they should be getting, along with pricing and notes. We give this to them to take home, and we need a copy for staff. We created this as a digital chart, but want a way to share it with the client that looks professional!

When our service providers get a notification that their client has arrived and checked in, they would like to see "X has checked in for the following services..." so they don't have to separately check their books and see what's booked. It is a simple thing that would save extra time, and sometimes our service providers have been missing out on services because the client won't mention it to them in the chair if the provider doesn't bring it up.
