Precision Scheduling
"Precision Scheduling" - Where to begin?! Right... well it was really smart to trademark since others will surely want this level of deep learning /s.
When we were notified in April of this new "feature" I read through the online support document, it surely read as though these changes were optional or opt-in. Some examples from the support document; "When Precision Scheduling is enabled", "Precision Scheduling is available for all Boulevard customers". Based on my interpretation of the support document, no intervention should be required on our part? My point is, it's enabled and there is no accessible "switch" to turn it off. We only discovered this by way of oddities in our appointment book. e.g. gaps of time between two services with the same provider, along with other non optimized timing (scheduling) problems.
My suggestion is this; Boulevard, STOP making changes on this scale without a business having the ability to disable said feature in the very high likelihood you get this wrong...again! Your "software" department leaves much to be desired. Boulevard is so very exhausting.
We're in conversations with Shawn about his issue here. Kudos to him for catching what might be a bug that we plan to fix. We've also been able to adjust Precision Scheduling's settings to better suit their preferences. Please reach out to support if you'd like to adjust how Precision Scheduling works for your business.
