Capture leads from people who click the booking link but don't book
Lead capture of name, phone #, and email when someone clicks the booking link but does not book. In order to accomplish this, ask for this information prior to seeing booking options.

The only thing I will miss from Aesthetic Records is the Abandoned Bookings .. they send me a message that someone put in their name/email address/cell number, but didn't book. This way I can reach out to them and figure out why they didn't make the appointment.
