Copy and paste appointments
One of the biggest request from the front desk is a copy and paste option for pre-booking an existing appointment. As you know we check out 4OO to 500 clients a week. Most of our clients pre-book their next appointment while in the salon. A lot of our clients have very specific appointment times that are not standard to our normal booking. For this reason a copy and paste would really help eliminate errors and speed up the process of the checkout, which we are in dire need of. This is something that we really really need ASAP.

As a salon nearing the end of the year, we offer to book our clients out through the year to reserve their spots. About 75% of the time, these clients keep these original appointments the entire year. Booking clients through the year on the computer is exhausting, and on the mobile app it's nearly impossible.
Previous booking systems we've used have allowed us to copy their appointment and paste the same one 6, 8, 12 weeks out, using an integrated clipboard. With the current set up we have to make an entirely new appointment every booking, with their info and the correct stylist and service info. Adding a copy and paste function would streamline that and make it incredibly easier and then we'd have less mistakes.
Along that same line, after booking several appointments, would the client be able to receive an email detailing all their appointments instead of 8-12 emails for each booking? Obviously they would still get their reminders the few days ahead of their appointment, but as a planner and calendar person, I love knowing that I have these standing appointments all year. It helps me refer to my calendar so that I can work around them.

I was looking for this instead of adding a new request! YESSS, please give us the option to copy an appointment and paste it, instead of creating a new appt, having to type the name, etc.... I don't understand why this has not been done when the software was created! It is badly needed!
Entering 1 new appt is tedious enough, try 5 of the same, when you have clients waiting to check out!
