When ringing up product exchanges/refunds, have the option to add product back into inventory.
We get alot of clients that change their mind when they get home, so they come back in and want to exchange the product or get a refund without ever using the product. So we would put the product back into inventory to sell since it is unopened.

When doing a product refund or exchange, you should be asked "is this product re-sellable?" If the answer is "yes" it should adjust the quantity in your inventory and if it's not re-sellable then the inventory remains unaffected.
