An error occurred while saving the comment Jill Linson commentedWhen doing a product refund or exchange, you should be asked "is this product re-sellable?" If the answer is "yes" it should adjust the quantity in your inventory and if it's not re-sellable then the inventory remains unaffected.

Gratuity should be customizable so it can be on for providers that want it and off for those that do not.
