Store documents in profile
We have some clients with paper documents (doctor notes prescribing massage, etc...) that we would love to store in their profile. Right now it can be stored as an attachment to notes, allergies, or medications. But it would be nice to have somewhere that can have limited access via permissions.

Need a documents tab in patient files. At my practice we need the capability to upload patient labs into a patients file for medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapy. I also like uploading their care credit receipts in there to have easy access to them. With the capability to share these documents with the patient.

Yes, it is okay for me to not have it be limited access, but would really appreciate a separate tab to store documents like blood work etc. instead of adding it as another form/chart or under the general notes tab where there is not much organization
