  2. We have had employees clock-in on the time-clock from locations other than the business location. Can we restrict time-clock access to only the business computer, without completely restricting remote dashboard access?

  3. In the Manage Business/Billing section, I would like to be able to print the Invoice Summaries for ACH charges made by Blvd. that are linked to our bank account. We require a paper trail for charges in order to reconcile our books on a monthly basis and for tax auditing purposes. Thank you.

    As of today, all clients can view their upcoming and past appointment information by selecting "All Appointments" at the top of their Appointment Details page (accessible via booking and reminder emails). It's not in an app yet, so we'll leave this as waitlisted, but clients can access the information from their browser. Learn more here.

  5. When you adjust product inventory, we would like to add custom reasons ie. "Transfer in" or "Transfer out" for multi-location businesses

  6. Send automated SMS message saying "Sorry we missed you, how can we help" or send booking widget link to book appointment online. If the client requests to be contacted by staff, have a way to notify front desk in dashboard.

  7. We get alot of clients that change their mind when they get home, so they come back in and want to exchange the product or get a refund without ever using the product. So we would put the product back into inventory to sell since it is unopened.

Under our previous system (Booker), clients could walk in, select a gift certificate template, tell us who it was for, what they wanted included on the gift, add special messages, etc. and we could print a nice color gift certificate for them to take with them. While we were talking with the sales folks at Boulevard, I was led to believe that this is also possible with your system (this is in addition to clients being able to buy gift cards online themselves without our help).

  9. We need this feature because the medical Board Requires the Patient's first and last name and date of birth be present on every record pertaining to a patient file or notes.

    We would love to have the option to link appointments together. Its great that we can do this at checkout but would be awesome to have the option ahead of time. Linking them so when you hover over the appt on the calendar view it highlights both guests/appts showing they are together

  12. It would be helpful to be able to filter client's history. If you currently cancel a ton of recurring appointments, you won't be able to see actual history in the client profile, only the cancelled appointments. I need to be able either expand history, or filter by status.

  13. It would be helpful to have check-in and check-out alerts, similar to the booking alerts. These are very helpful to assist us if the Client wants the following: Warmer Pod, Music Throughout, Music at the End Only, Their own Music, etc...

  14. Need additional appointment metrics found in the classic Appointment Metric reports, ideally:

    • New Clients (Requested)
    • New Clients (Non-Requested)

  15. instead of having the 4/6/8 week button from todays date, it would be nice if it went from where you are on the calendar. So if a client likes to book for every 4 weeks and go every 4 weeks from that date and not just from todays date. The calendar would jump to every 4/6/8 weeks from any date.

  16. I do not think the reviews are being used because 'tell us how we did' is not a strong call to action. As a customer I would not even know your requesting a review. It needs to stand out as a request. People pay extra for this feature alone so making this the best it can be is important.

  17. Allowing clients to be able to book out multiple appointments ahead of time without starting all over again. This was actually suggested by a client who is older and prefers to schedule appointments ahead of time online. She found it frustrating that she had to completely start over for each appointment when they all were the same thing over and over again. A feature where you could duplicate your last appointment or booking's services again so you can just skip to scheduling would be pretty helpful.

  18. A lot of clients put dummy credit cards on file. Only allow CC that are able to be processed for the full amount.
