stylist levels
When setting up pricing for services. Have pricing based on a level and rather than customizing prices for each service provider individually you can just assign them to their level of pricing (ex. level 1, 2, 3, etc. or jr stylists, sr, master, etc.) That way when a service provider gets promoted you can just change their level and their pricing would reflect their new level instead of having to customize the pricing manually per service, per stylist.

Add a better call to action to the reviews
I do not think the reviews are being used because 'tell us how we did' is not a strong call to action. As a customer I would not even know your requesting a review. It needs to stand out as a request. People pay extra for this feature alone so making this the best it can be is important.

The ability to see what voucher was used for the service perform
Currently, once you redeem a voucher, it disappears from payment methods and under history it just shows $0.00 for the service. Having a membership based business, it is a headache to identify how many vouchers was used from which month looking at the history. Maybe have a Redeemed Voucher section?

Ring up a service without booking an appointment
Switching over from meevo here....
In meevo, I can go directly to the register and ring up a service for a client w/o creating a new appointment.
I had to refund a client because we rang her up for the wrong service. But I had to create a new appointment for her to be able to charge her. It's an inconvenient extra step. Would have been easier if in 'New Sale' the option to charge for a service was available.
Same for ringing up a walk in client for product. Meevo has 'Anonymous Male, Anonymous Female option in the register…

Bigger "TODAY" button
When booking appointments through the calendar, its important to make sure you're on the right day, it would be nice if the "today" button was brighter, bigger & more centered or near the calendar section to make sure you're on the right day.

Only allow valid credit cards
A lot of clients put dummy credit cards on file. Only allow CC that are able to be processed for the full amount.

Add the ability to sort/filter guests by birthday (month). So we have the ability to be able to send a Birthday Campaign through Mail Chimp.

Botox and filler appointments based on units vs set dollar amount
Med spas that have injectables will bill, pay commission, and track inventory based on units injected. That amount can change from appointment to appointment and will prevent a business from having 100 different botox services listed with different units. This is also beneficial for vouchers where a client can buy 100 units and use those units at different values for redemption.

Allow service provider to see pronouns and add - on's services without having to open the appointment.
Sometimes when in a hurry, we don't click open the appointment to see important details like preferred pronouns or add on service requests. It would be helpful if we just saw it on the appointment calendar.

Rebook reminder texts with select client groups
We would like to send out group texts to clients for rebooking purposes. It would be great to be able to select a group based on their last appointment time and if they do not currently have an appointment.

Send staff text when an appointment has been changed within 24 hours of the appointment.
When stylists are busy working on clients & reception staff is busy, it can slip through the cracks when an appointment time has changed for that day. It would be best if the system automatically notified the stylist (via text) any time there has been an adjustment to an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time. So that would include cancellations and appointment start times.

Can we have the clients section listed in alphabetical order
It would be useful if the clients were listed in alphabetical order since we have multiple clients who share the same name. Usually when we find this occurrence we would add the last four of their phone number to their name that way we do not confuse the clients when booking or appointments or checking out in sales. We tried to go through all of clients but quickly gave up because we have 22,000 clients that we have to go through since there is no option to refine by alphabetical order. Set a client to default to a phone number when it's shared by multiple clients.
Some of our client's children use their parent's number but it's actually the parent's phone, and sometimes when the parent texts us it shows at the child's name. We're using the client tags as a small work around - marking children's, spouse's, or family member's profiles just so we know to double check the phone number, but it would be great if we could set which name defaults when we're texted by the number. Also - if a client and their child are booked on the same day with the same number, we've noticed that the confirmation text doesn't remind…
