  1. We get alot of clients that change their mind when they get home, so they come back in and want to exchange the product or get a refund without ever using the product. So we would put the product back into inventory to sell since it is unopened.

  2. It would be very helpful for the stylists at our salon to be able to see clients' preferred pronouns on the app, without having to click into the client's profile to see that information. This information is visible on the desktop calendar view, but the stylists view their schedules on their phones.

  3. Hello,

    It would be extremely helpful to both us and our clients that self book if they had the ability to check the account associated with their email to see what vouchers they had left to redeem and click through to book those items.

    On the Dashboard side through the Clients tab, it would be nice to be able to pull up a client and easily see what vouchers they have remaining as well.

  4. Thank you for updating Boulevard so that the different kinds of appointments can be different colors! It's a huge upgrade.

    I would ask that you have consistency to the color changing afterwards... a simple lighter version of the color would be nice. But to change the tone of the color all together is confusing.

    I like to think I am speaking for other very visual creatives on this

  5. And/or automatically apply account credit to cover new deposits.

    We are planning to make all services have 50% deposits but I already forsee a landslide of requests for refunds and also people saying we "stole" money because we didnt know they cancelled to refund them the money.

    One elegant solution internally would be a refund button (the blue refund icon used currently) next to appointments with deposits in the recently cancelled appointments screen) So we can check that once a day and refund where necessary.

  6. When a client comes in to get a services redone/corrected by another stylist it would be nice to have the option to transfer a partial amount of the commission to the person who corrected it. I don't want to take someone's full commission for a simple fix like a toner.

  10. Being able to manually update someones social media account thats being used for this account. Say someone is not using same email for social as they are for blvd - being able to go in a manually add the correct email for this social account.

  14. Currently, if you want to book a group of new clients, it requires only one person to put down the deposit. I would like to be able for each member of a group, self-book on the scheduled date and require them to put their credit card info in the system. This way, each person would have to put a deposit on their reservation instead of it just being under one party. We are scheduling a group of 12 new clients and I don't want to have to call each person and ask their credit card info. It would be easier…

  15. When setting up pricing for services. Have pricing based on a level and rather than customizing prices for each service provider individually you can just assign them to their level of pricing (ex. level 1, 2, 3, etc. or jr stylists, sr, master, etc.) That way when a service provider gets promoted you can just change their level and their pricing would reflect their new level instead of having to customize the pricing manually per service, per stylist.

  16. I do not think the reviews are being used because 'tell us how we did' is not a strong call to action. As a customer I would not even know your requesting a review. It needs to stand out as a request. People pay extra for this feature alone so making this the best it can be is important.
