  1. It would be extremely helpful if we could add notes to an invoice while the invoice is still open. Now, we have to close the invoice then go back in to the "order" to add a note. Our providers creates the invoices in the room with the patient so this feature would be helpful for them to add notes in the invoice for front desk to see or even for front desk to add notes.

  2. Having the ability to edit and make changes to client notes instead of having to make a new note or deleting a note and starting over to make corrections or add additional notes.

  4. Please please please please create a way to sort offers or put them in folders or something. It's absolute insanity after awhile with discount codes, influencer codes, adjustment codes... and it only sorts by recency. Sorting first, searching second (though that can be handled by a good ol' CTRL + F)

  5. I need to be able to assign an offer code to certain individuals who do not have memberships. These would include VIPS per Owner, certain Friends & Family, etc.

  6. As the owner I would like the option to see all booking notifications/reschedules/cancellations for all my staff, right now it is on an individual basis so I can only see my own notifications.

  7. Be able to set perimeters for required info for when a patient is being inputted into the system such as:

    -date of birth
    -phone number
    -email
    -card on file

  9. In the med spa space, there is often work that needs to be completed by a nurse before the service can begin. It'd be beneficial to add an additional 'pre-treatment' time block, similar to processing time, that can be assigned to an additional provider to complete this work before the actual service provider begins the service

  10. It would be nice to have a field in the client data area for their preferred name. We need to have legal names as well but want to be able to keep track of what our clients prefer to be called.

  11. Need a report where I can see how many people BOOKED appointments in a certain timeframe. So for example, if an appointment was booked on January 8 for an appointment in March... that's the data I'm looking for. We know how many people clicked on our website in a timeframe, but we don't know how many of those clicks turned into bookings. If you don't have a report for that, there's no way we can track it. This is very important data to track alongside marketing and SEO efforts!

  12. Unless the staff member has the Location Manager privilege group enabled, staff members can't access the 'Hardware' section of the 'Manage' tab, making it difficult for them to troubleshoot Duo hardware issues without someone with an Admin or Location Manager privilege group present.

  13. I would love to be able to use clients' account credits towards their monthly membership fee. Currently there is no way to do this without cancelling the membership fee and redoing the entire sale/membership.

  16. It would be nice if we can offer our members an additional perk from the loyalty program, since they are also loyal to us as members. The ability to differentiate points earned and/or redeemed for members vs. non-members would be great (i.e. members earn 2 points for ever $1 spent, non-members earn 1 point).

    ALSO, would love to reward our members for just being members! For example, after their first 3 membership payments, they automatically get their next month free.

  18. .... showed in the messages itself as new notifications that the text wasn't received or was blocked. This would potentially allow responsible businesses to take into account that there was no receiving of the text so they could call them instead or otherwise.

  19. Charging hourly rates for services and we need to have the option to indicate "/hour" in the booking widget for clients to clearly understand the number they’re looking at is the provider's hourly rate.
