  5. The "Add form" feature currently doesn't make sense. It automatically prompts the person that is adding a form to a client to fill it out themselves. In 99.9% of instances that form needs to be filled out by a client / patient. That form should be added to the client's appointment so they can fill it out on the business's ipad or their own device. This would be extremely useful because we have clients requesting additional services at the time of an appointment. Some of those services require another consent form.

  6. Sometimes when in a hurry, we don't click open the appointment to see important details like preferred pronouns or add on service requests. It would be helpful if we just saw it on the appointment calendar.

  10. Occasionally when a client needs to cancel they ask to be put on a waitlist for another date. So during the cancellation process when given the option to charge a client, it'd be great to also have the option to move them to the waitlist

  14. If a client is accidentally checked out under another client, there is no way to go back and assign the correct client to the transaction; you have to refund the client that already paid, then charge them again (which is a bother). This action should be enabled for Manager/Admin log-ins.

  16. A log of every message sent and every action made on the client's appointments so we can investigate errors by looking at a detailed history on the account. Unless I am mistaken, there is nowhere to trace amendments made to appointments throughout the life of the record. In addition, a Contact Log entry should appear automatically every time a message is sent to the customer for whatever reason, including automatic reminder emails so that we can see for certain when anything was sent. For instance, if a message fails for any reason, we have no way of knowing.

  17. ...it could simply be that the client is choosing that specific time. It would be great if there was a distinguishing workflow with the client self-booking that differentiated actual requests from time based requests.

    In the event a salon has 8 stylists working and there is one spot left for 4pm that the client chooses through the self-booking process, it will show as a request even if the client has no idea whom that stylist is.   18. We need a button to jump one week ahead near the TODAY button. Some patients are only available on a certain day of the week so it would be nice if we can go forward from monday to monday or friday to friday.

  20. Some of our client's children use their parent's number but it's actually the parent's phone, and sometimes when the parent texts us it shows at the child's name. We're using the client tags as a small work around - marking children's, spouse's, or family member's profiles just so we know to double check the phone number, but it would be great if we could set which name defaults when we're texted by the number. Also - if a client and their child are booked on the same day with the same number, we've noticed that the confirmation text doesn't remind…
